But when I saw there were no hoses or screws with the appliance, he stated "I forgot". I also was not given an appliance manual. Every appliance I have ever purchased had one of those. He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

Went to get the part, and after disassembling the door realized that it was a bent frame (5 year old probably tried to stand on the door). Said that even if he forced it back into shape, it would have a high chance of leaking and he didn't recommend it. Only charged me the basic service fee, acted professionally and communicated frankly throughout. Highly recommend this service for appliance service and repair.

Refused to do any test. Turned dryer on and put hand inside and says it feels hot. I tried to move dryer to remove vent to test and he pushed it back and said no test. After confronted, they tried to lay blame for poor upkeep of the dryer (we clean the lint cleaned out per manufacturer recommendation after each cycle). Incredibly rude and belligerent staff. Don't waste you time and hard earned money...they will most likely let you down and then refuse all responsibility for their work.
