But when I saw there were no hoses or screws with the appliance, he stated "I forgot". I also was not given an appliance manual. Every appliance I have ever purchased had one of those. He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

Awesomely amazing service...especially their customer service…read more After waiting a month to get some plumbing fixed in my apartment after the property management company dropped the ball, they wound up having to hire Lower. They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. Kennedy & Sam were my techs both times. Both were very personable and genuine in the service I provided.

They were very amazing in finding solutions to bring the electric system up to date and more safe in an older home. Renee did a great job keeping me updated on progress and reassuring me that things were on track. I really appreciated him and his team a ton! I really went out on a limb trusting Joel, and it was his knowledge, details, prompt explanations and willingness to answer any questions that really helped me choose CWC, and on day 1 of the electric work, I felt reassured in my decision after meeting Renee and his coworkers.
