Lucas was friendly and helpful. He not only did the water extraction, but he did some spot cleaning that the previous company had missed. He also tested the walls for water and showed us how to set up fans and dehumidifiers to prevent damage. Anyway, called him today to see when he is coming and he was hostile and told me he was here and on and on and now wont even consider making us an appt until next week?? I am glad that he has so much business that he can behave this way. I know he wont be troubled by us again. If you are looking for manners and good customer service, I would keep looking. I cant speak about his skill as we never had a chance to experience that. Completely unprofessional. He just repeatedly told me to call the number for GE. Its impossible to tell what's covered looking at the single page warranty i was given because it was a generic warranty and it spoke of every appliance available. In retrospect, I should have shopped around more. I tried to return it after just four days (it was not installed yet, not even unwrapped), but Jason would not work with me to accept a return and apply the final cost to one of his better quality dishwashers. This was a mistake, and frankly I'm tired of being taken advantage of.

They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. Kennedy & Sam were my techs both times. Both were very personable and genuine in the service I provided.
