Had them come out to look at a breaker box that kept tripping found, I was just constantly overloading it. So nothing was fixed or replaced. Two repair technicians didn't bill me.So I asked them how I was to pay for services.They told me to text message the owner.My email address didn't receive my bill until after thirty days later.Trying to charge me a 1,000$. Text him about the error. Again over charged me. He then proceeded to tell me that he also adds a trip charge. When I told him it didn't take 2 hours to get to my home. He then changed his story again. Saying that he charges for each electrician, that comes out. Charging me over 300$ to look at a breaker box. Requested a quote for work to be completed on a home sale. Hemmert showed up and spent appx 15 minutes reviewing outlets and the breaker box that was to be replaced. He spent the majority of the time talking in the yard about the town and neighborhood with my wife. The next day we received a quote for $6,950 nearly double our expectations for the job. We also received a $250 fee for the visit. I had another electrician come out the same week and complete the work for $4,000 with a free estimate. I believe this company overbids and collects wildly high estimate fees for work they know won't be accepted. Coleman Electric is a better option in Kansas, they were friendly, informative, quoted fair value for the work and did not overcharge for an estimate fee. I have never experienced such terrible service. Both people that I had contact with were rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, and unwilling to listen. Would not recommend for anything ever. read more
