Of course the woman knew that no one in the "Patient Satisfaction Department" would ever answer or return a call, so no one at Springhill Hospital would ever care how badly she acted. I have added to the Emergency Information on my refrigerator that I do not want to ever be taken anywhere in that facility. And I will never miss an opportunity to warn friends, colleagues and acquaintances against Springhill Medical Center and all the ancillary health "care".

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.

The physical and occupational therapy staff take the time to get to know their clients so they can tailor therapy sessions to their patient's personality. Terry explains in detail as to what procedures he is going to do that will improve a clients treatment during office visits and advises what self-treatment and exercises they can do at home on their own to improve their medical needs. A frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) was the reason for my visits to The Azalea Hand & Rehab Office a few weeks ago. After receiving my personalized treatment by Terry, I can say that my range of movement has increased greatly and my pain has decreased. I know that I'm well on my way to being pain-free soon. If you become a client at The Azalea City Hand & Rehab, there will be times when you will often hear humor during treatments. You may also hear Terry sing a song from this talented man.
