His charges were 75% cheaper than the completion, totally awesome was his services, on time and prompt on the pickup both ways on this procedure. Mike, and his Company are 100% legit, professional, and treated me with 100% respect and Integrity, at all times. I will definitely be using him again. Baylor's pain Clinic in Plano, took his card as well and will start referring patients to him as well. He and his Company is the Best in the DFW area. 100%. Made…read moresure the pre authorization finally went through, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was getting Physical therapy. I appreciated her diligence and the effort she put into my case. Old review : I had total knee replacement surgery. This company contacted me initially and we set up times. The RN came and she was Amazing! The PT came and he was great. What I have major issues with is I was supposed to be getting 3 sessions a week for two weeks minimum.. On my about to be third session , the PT said oh we don't have pre authorization. I wondered about this so I called. The company would not call me back. I called twice. I waited 7 hours and no follow up call. I called a third time around 3 in the afternoon . I finally got someone and they said, " Oh we don't have pre authorization." I said , "Then how did you guys send people to my house in the first place?" They still have not answered that question. I still should be having PT sessions , it was knee surgery, the Dr. office did send that over (I checked) , and still no services and no calls from this company when I should be having therapy. Knee surgery is a difficult surgery mentally and emotionally, and to have to deal with this is unacceptable. I rated the company a 1 only because I really liked the PT and OT. Their management , scheduling , return calls needs to be improved.

She quickly made the arrangements and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small additional fee due to the same day request but it was minimal and I was grateful they could accom odate us with such short notice. Antonio the driver and his associate were helpful and courteous and helped my dad get in and out of the vehicle and escort him to his room. They truly helped us out and took great care of my dad - will definitely use them again. : )
