Kelly would send emails and documents (with sensitive personal information) to the wrong email address. After numerous times by not only us but our realtor telling her she to correct this, she continued to send correspondence to the wrong email. Now we have our personal information sent to someone we do not know. Apparently, information security means little to nothing to Kelly and her business. Because of this, we will now have to even more watchful of our credit. It is bad enough having scammers and people of fraudulent means attacking peoples credit, but having someone sending your info unsecured, is just plain lazy and unprofessional

We were so upset that we decided to call SM escrow to talk to the owner and the owner seemed aloof and not willing to help. I later found out the owner is Kelly's mother and it all made sense.
