Love a good streak-free wash, this is the spot. I have only been here twice and I absolutely LOVE it. Currently trying to decide which membership to purchase. There is always an attendant on duty if you have questions or need assistance. I appreciate that. There are an abundance of vacuums, two different types. There is even a carpet and mat cleaner. It is worth it to get the monthly subscription. I go everyday so it pays for itself after the second wash.

I tried their monthly plan but I live too far to really get much use out of it but let me tell you they do a great job their automated system work great my SUV came out great both times I used my monthly membership. My SUV looks like it went through a hand car wash at twice the price. read more

The first time I went in was during the grand opening for the 22 hour car wash for free and complained that I got Wheel SHEIN shot all over the side of my car. I was told that there was a button that we pressed to turn that off for people that had low profile tires. I needed my car washed today cause I put it away for the winter and instead of going to the Fuller on 103rd and Cicero I decided since Encore is close to my house. I'll give it one more shot and ask them to turn the button off. When I got there the attendant who turned out to be the ignorant manager Was standing in the cold, explained to me the different washes I explained to him what the issue was I paid for the $22 wash then he said oh we can't turn the button off but I can meet you outside and we can wipe your tires off. I unhappily went through the wash wasn't generally happy about his resolution because now he wasted $22 potentially and when I got out of the wash, of course there was crap all over the side of my car. The tires were not clean. The rims were not clean, and I noticed that my BMW Emblen was yanked off my car. I saw it in the doorway by the blowers fly right off my car. When the manager came out, I explained to him that my tires were still filthy, and that my emblem was ripped off the front of my car. We proceeded to wipe the filth off of my rims and the tire preparation, and I asked the guy for towel so I could just get done and get it out of there because as we were wiping the tires he told me that it's an older car and they're not responsible For any damage to the car and their car wash. Understandable I want to take the towel that he handed me and he snatched it back and said I'm not gonna let you snatch us out of my hand and disrespect me! So I went and open your fucking hand and let me take to tell out of it. I had no intention of snatching it from you. I asked for a manager so I can discuss the fact that the emblem was pulled off my car and he told me he was a manager there I was getting nowhere. I'm not as much angry about the piece thing, pulled off my car and him making no attempt to try to give me compensation in the form of another car wash, which I would not have used again anyways, but he just treated me like he had an issue with me because I was white and he was black and I don't think that's the way people should be doing business. I will never set foot in their car wash again independent of whether I go to another one and an envelope gets taken off my car. I'm certain that I would be respected and treated completely differently than I was by this manager, who apparently had a chip on his shoulder ready because I appear to be an awful white guy with a beautiful vehicle and maybe he has some kind of an issue, but I am not gonna be treated like that by anyone! You could not give me a year worth of free car washes to get me to go back to that place after two failed attempts to getting my car clean properly and then being disrespected by this ignorant Manager. In my opinion, this was reverse racism and it's a very best and I'm tired of it ! read more
