PLEASE READ If I could rate this place a 0 I still feel that would be too generous. I have nothing good to say about this property. My best friend and I moved here together in a roommate situation, we got a two-bedroom, two baths with a yard. I was moving from another city with my dog and when we found Enclave Falcon Pointe, we had such high hopes. Sadly, they were turned to disappointment quickly. When we toured the apartments, the Woman named Alex was very unprofessional, she told us stories about her family being involved in crime and made jokes that were very strange to tell someone you don't know. We didn't see this as a major red flag at first because we assumed, we wouldn't have to see her enough for it to be an issue. We signed a 14-month lease and moved in a few weeks later. When we moved in we were in constant communication with the leasing office (despite being told conflicting information about the move in process every time someone new answered the phone) we were assured several times that everything was ready for us. When we got there our washer and dryer (which we paid extra a month to have) was not there.... our sink was also leaking, (we were told everything was checked and good to go). We paid $50 for a fob for the gate, the gate was a major selling pointe because as two young women living alone, it gave us a sense of safety. Almost immediately after moving in, the gates stopped working, all 3 gates were broke, including the back gate, which was near our building, (the gates only worked less than a week at a time and would go months without repair). This caused some concern at first but escalated when one morning when leaving for work I went to my car just to find someone had shattered my car window with a ratchet and stolen everything in my car. I felt very violated and unsafe. I had never experienced anything in that nature before. But what really upset me is how poorly it was handled by the apartments. I called the office right away after calling the police and Daisy answered the phone and she was extremely rude and basically didn't care. The police came and did a report, I had to drive my car which was full of glass to the leasing office, when I got there the apartments manager told me "I totally get it, one time someone broke into my car at the gym". I reiterated the factor that the gates were broken meaning anyone could get into the property and that I didn't feel safe. I asked for a garage, she stated she would reach out to her higher ups and get back to me, Crickets... never got an answer despite again, following up with them multiple times. And this isn't all. We had issued with our gate to the yard being opened (which leads directly into my bedroom window) this made me concerned for not only my own safety but the safety of my pets. I was very frustrated with the lack of response. I reached out to the office to inform them we were having an issue with kids from the building running through the halls all night waking us from our sleep when we both (myself and my roommate) had work at 8 am every weekday. They never corrected it. These same kids would leave toys/ scooters/ trash all over the halls and color on the concrete. We had an incident where they were throwing rocks next to the cars in the parking lot, they also were playing with spray-paint and got it on my roommates' car. Again, no assistance from the office. I could go on and on about the landscapers never showing to mow our grass, the apartments not providing us the trash can that we are supposed to use for valet trash, ETC. But all that aside the thing that confirmed we needed to move was the Roaches that were infested. They never came to spray, I called several times (if they answered the phone at all) it was never addressed, it was disgusting, I felt like I couldn't eat in my own home. After asking for it to be sprayed several times for months and it never being done. We finally asked for a clean out, this is when we clear all of our cabinets out and they spray everything to effectively resolve the issue. We scheduled it, confirmed it, and I took a day off of work to remove my pets and we cleared our cabinets. They never showed up. The apartments got us the stuff and we had to bomb it ourselves because we couldn't take anymore time off work. To conclude, we had never missed a payment or been late even on the rent. On the last month of the lease I called and let them know we would be making our payment late. They said that it was fine and even took 150 off our rent due to the roach problem. Five days after the rent was due we came home to an eviction notice on the inside of our door after taking every precaution to let them know we wouldn't be able to make the payment on time and them assuring us it would be no issue. We have been constantly disappointed and let down by this property. We have felt unsafe and even concerned for our health. This experience was unpleasant to say the least read more
