Come here any time in the day and it's not much better. A third rate grocery store, a thrift shop selling discarded goods for top dollar and a gym nobody ever heard about before. Why would anybody come here? Well, beside Sherwin Williams and the little bar that serves pizza no reason to besides EVgo. Turns out the best superchargers are the ones in the worst malls because they are always empty. The landing by Target is a more popular place - and I used to go the years ago before everybody started driving EVs. Not long ago I heard somebody pulling out a gun because somebody cut in line there. No worries here next to the research park. No lines no waiting no crazy people.

This is a very nice shopping center in North Oakland!!…read more Safeway is the main store here and the biggest, and there are also plenty of places to eat here including Panda Express, Best Coast Burritos, and Boston Market. There's also Jamba, Starbucks, and Chase bank. The parking lot can get a little tight sometimes, but it's manageable. I come here mostly for Jamba and Safeway. Best Coast Burritos is pretty good also. I remember this place before they renovated it, it's much better now!!

Chase, panda express, best coast burritos, laser away, the habit grill, cleaners, great clips. Trees in parking lot are new. Not a fan of the sycamore trees and all the seeds they dump. I don't know why cities plant those things. Clog my cabin air filter if I park there. Give people allergies. Borderline pest species. Plus every seed makes another tree. Neighbor has one. Seems invasive.

Great place for small business. Parking is horrible Pay parking from like 7-6pm or something. Even on weekends, which sucks since you think you pay eating at the restaurants, it be free like most places. Best advice is to go across the street to Safeway or the other business since those lots aren't charging. Even the street parking near pelton plaza is charging. But other plaza don't. The enforcers circle the lot and only this lot only. Went to go pick up my drinks, left a minute. Came back for a ticket. Looks like they stake out to check if drivers leave for a moment and ticket them right away. Watch them patrol the plaza, they don't leave, just circle the same plaza and watch. Rewriting this since my previous post got flagged for "not enough information about my experience as a customer" Never happened before especially if I wrote a 2 sentence review

There were 15 stops within downtown Alameda surrounding Park Street to stop and try Tequila and Mezcal. Each stop, most of them were table set outside offered food to go with the tasting of alcohol. Of all the stops I was able to visit there were a few that stood out! At Tomatina the meatball was good. Daisy's had my favorite Tequila of night, Moxies offered a slice of tender beef covered with mole , La Penca Azul offered chicken flautas, La Lena offered chicken or corn tostados and Dragon Rouge offered potstickers and noodles. Everything we ate was good and I enjoyed getting to try many types of tequilas and mezcals, I'd never had. I'd definitely go again for a fun and festive outing!

Great concept to have convenient living. Parking garage is convenient for people visiting the area from a little ways away. A lot of China town is closed in the evenings - very early. After 5pm things are closed down. There were two police cars stationed around the Plaza. Very safe feeling. Good parking too. That felt extra safe - so much better than parking in the streets. Overall the place needs a little new life brought into it. Some reimagining and maybe new trendy stores.
