Not too shabby... The area was packed but we managed to get one of 3 unreserved tables inside for dinner. They've got a good location, a fairly large seating area inside and a small outside patio. We weren't really sure what to expect from Mexican food in Nuremberg but were pleasantly surprised. We opted for tacos, fajitas, a couple of margs, and the chips & dip tray. All the flavors were quite good and well received. The chip portion was massive in comparison to the dip sizes, but all meal portions good. Service was friendly and fairly fast. Of course it's not the best Mexican food in the world, but we really enjoyed our meal and wouldn't hesitate to return. read more

We ate here during our day trip to Nuremberg. Since we live in Germany sometimes we want to get food that isn't local. My wife wanted Mexican so we tried this place. First the staff was very respectful and took the time to help us find food that our two boys with food allergies could have. The waitress even remembered right at the last minute before being consumed that the grilled chicken was cooked in garlic butter. She made the correction to save the day. As for the food, I ordered he burrito supreme. While it was good, it was he smallest burrito supreme I've ever ordered from a Mexican place. It was good, not Tex-mex good but good. Definitely happy with our choice to eat here and will most likely go back. We are transplanted from Texas and wanted some Tex-mex because we quite honestly are just getting tired of meat and potatoes and the German food when we would go out. Were in Nuremberg for the weekend and looked for a different type of restaurant. This place didn't disappoint. Didn't satisfy chips and salsa craving but it was still pretty good. We got there not long after opening on a Monday. So we had the place to ourselves for a bit. Started off with our drinks, definitely try the Watermelon lemonade! If nothing else we will go back for that! One of my kids ordered it and the other wished that they would have as well. The lemon iced tea wasn't bad, definitely not the iced tea that you get in the states but at least they had it! Husband ordered the orange soda, he said it was flat so that was disappointing. But overall the drinks were good, good selection of non alcoholic drinks to include soda. We started off with chips y dip. It was a basket of chips with 4 dips: jalapeño cheese (tasted like it came from a bottle, most definitely not quest that we are used to!), spiced sour cream (cannot figure out what it is spiced with, not spicy), guacamole (way too much garlic in it!), and salsa (consistency of pace picante but with more garlic). Chips came with seasoned salt on them, we are happy with just regular salt but the seasoned salt was easily brushed off. Then we got our main courses. Husband had steak fajita. He said steak was cooked well but lacked seasoning. And it isn't skirt steak, more like a rump steak. Child #1 had chicken taquitos off of the appetizer menu. They were good! Disappointed that only 2 came with the order but it's an appetizer and they weren't small. Said these were better than what normally get at Lupes or Chuys (Tex-Mex in Austin, Texas). Child #2 and I shared chicken fajitas. Chicken was moist sliced thin so could load up toppings on the tortilla, and had a ton of flavor. Husband said chicken was definitely better than the steak! Actually reasonable Mexican food. If you want it spicy ask for jalapeños and other condiments because it's quite mild otherwise. I had the steak and prawn fajitas with corn tortillas. It was good. Just missed the side of rice. read more

Don't come here. I paid 16+ euros for chips with broiled cheese, salsa, tomatoes, a cup of salsa and a cup of mystery sauce, and two glasses of soda water. I should have questioned the handwritten "check" but as a solo traveler I avoid confrontation. Note the 9.80 on the menu and I somehow missed the chili con carne and guacamole. This may be acceptable Mexican food for the area, but the cheat of a bartender is not. read more

Pretend mexican food has been said before, they definitely are TRYING. But instead of real beans, its kidney beans, and mexican rice is just minute rice and tortilla chips with taco seasoning on it. Best explanation is "if aliens picked up a mexican food menu and tried to make it". Again, not an insult, they are really trying, and having a nice change of pace from German food is great, but yeah, its very odd/weird. read more

I hated my burrito supremo. I ended up picking the chicken out of it and eating only the chicken and some rice. Why is there corn in a burrito? Or kidney beans and mushrooms? It was worth a shot at getting some Mexican food but as usual the Germans can't make it work. The service was good though and the chairs are comfy. read more

Very nice and friendly employees but bad food. Enchiladas con pollo completely dry and not even close to Mexican food. It used to be a fantastic place to go to and to enjoy food and drinks. Not anymore unfortunately. Quiet a few drinks and meals are not on the menu anymore and the quality of the used ingredients (e.g. rum) decreased. read more

Best place in town! I was visiting from LA for a trade fair, and met two friends from the UK for dinner. Food and drinks were great for the price. Best part was our waitress Lisa. Her service was amazing and she made sure we had a great time! Will be returning! read more
