I'm new to Pilates and appropriately hesitant around heavy machinery, but Miranda put me at ease...and then through the ringer! We went through every (torture) device in the facility, of which there are ample, and she did a great job of guiding the proper usage and form while ensuring I left each with a puddle of perspiration. It was great! I honestly learned a lot about where I'm lacking in strength and looking forward to building a better mind/muscle connection with further practice.
