Kaycee and Larry came out, listened to what I was wanting in addition to re-roofing (removal of old swamp cooler base through roof and concern about some soft spot areas). They inspected and measured roof area, then came up with an estimate for the roof work. The estimate was very reasonable and any items that could have affected the price after shingle removal and inspection were discussed. The presentation of the company's background, materials to be utilized, warranties and procedures during the work to be accomplished were discussed and overall I was impressed. There was no pressure to sign a contract immediately, no hassle with "if you sign now, we can offer a lower price", just genuine business attitude. I called the next day to schedule the work and I'm glad I did. The workers showed up as scheduled and even a few minutes ahead of their planned arrival. They immediately went to work and took care of the job efficiently. Office coordinator Jordan scheduled our work to begin exactly as promised - pending weather - and kept us informed throughout the work period.
