All items were in when promised and prices were competitive. Due to late changes on our side, we had to order more tiles / supplies a number of times. The Finishing Touch was very accommodating and helped get things in quickly. They worked with myself, and my contractor as needed. Nice having this resource in Los Alamos. I would recommend The Finishing Touch and will use them for future work.

I sent photos and they gave me a very reasonable quote the morning of the next business day. They showed up on time and got right to work. They worked diligently for three hours and got the job done from start to finish including texture and paint. Very polite and good attitude. They even took the initiative to do some work outside so they didn't wake my sleeping baby. The job quality was very good; there are a few flaws with the texture which is very hard to match on a ceiling patch job, but it's nothing you would notice unless you knew where to look. Overall I'm very happy with their service.

Leroy Chacon of High Desert Hearth Products cam highly recommended to us but a few people in our area. After speaking to him a few times we had an appointment for the installation. During that process, Leroy and his son Lee were very friendly and professional. Just after they installed the roof kit and chimney we had a big thunderstorm with pouring rain - that put the hole in the roof to the test! No leaks! Now that it's all done we have really nice tile pad/hearth and on it sits our nice wood stove. I appreciated that Leroy asked for our input along the way to make sure that they were doing exactly what we wanted. We will call on them for maintenance in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a stove and/or have one installed.
