Clearly there was a miscommunication some how even with a photo.. then I asked her if she could fix it for me and she told me no becuase I didn't say anything before I left the salon. Well how could I when It was dark outside and no natural/ good lighting. She refused to fix my hair after over charging me for it in the first place. Normally for something like I did it would cost no more than $200 (I dont have much hair and it isn't long, not to mention my hair was already light) she charged me almost $400! And refused to refund me any of my money. I highly DO NOT recommend Morgan at all. Save yourself some money and go to someone else! UPDATE: I reached out to the owner and she was so helpful when it came to this incident, she apologized and sent me to Emily to have my hair fixed and Emily was amazing! She fixed my hair and it looks a million times better!! I would 100% recommend Emily!
