She was super easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable right away, and somehow managed to figure out exactly what I was going for even when I couldn't explain it well. The cut and color turned out amazing. It's one of those rare times you leave the salon and actually love your hair right away. I've gotten so many compliments since, and I feel way more confident. Also, she didn't rush through anything, took her time to make sure everything was just right, and gave me helpful tips for styling at home. Plus, she is just fun to chat with, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you want someone who really knows what they're doing but also makes the whole process relaxed and enjoyable!

I wanted to have the mani-pedi ahead of my vacation, so I made the appointment for the day before I was leaving (and the only day I could do it), but Bri wrote the wrong day down in her planner. It was a simple mistake, but when I didn't show up on the wrong date, no one from the salon ever contacted me, despite taking my phone number when I booked. Since I didn't know that I had "missed" my appointment, I made the trek from Spokane to CdA in heavy rain only to find the salon closed tight. Someone eventually showed up, but I was told that Bri was busy and no one else could step in for her, despite recognizing it was her mistake. I was told that I could be rescheduled for a time *eight hours* in the future, which I refused to accept. To her credit, Bri did work with Groupon to allow me a refund, but it ended up being only Groupon bucks, not actually a refund. Plus, I had to find a last minute place to get in for just a manicure before my trip, costing me even more money. The entire experience was unprofessional. By not calling to check on the missed appointment, it said to me that they didn't believe they could have made a mistake and the problem must be on the customer's end. It's just good business to follow up, especially if you require a telephone number to make a booking.
