She did this because when she called for an appointment Julie assured her she was a "specialist" in dealing with thin hair. However, when my mother arrived she was completely disrespected. Julie decided SHE knows everything there is to know about my mother's hair, and my mother needed to do exactly what she said. My mother never uses a brush on her hair because the dermatologist has advised her not to. Emily always cut my mother's hair without using a brush and there was never a problem. Julie refused to cut my mother's hair, and treated her disrespectfully. If you don't mind being treated like you know nothing about your own hair I guess you could go here to Julie for a haircut... fortunately my mother contacted 3 other salons where they had no problem at all not using a brush on her hair.

Paid close to $900 to have them removed in less than 12 hours. The lady who sells the extensions smokes heavily and so your hair smells like an ashtray.
