I have been coming to this location since I was in middle school. I popped in for a set of new retainers and the team is just as nice and efficient as I remember them. I highly recommend visiting if you need quality ortho care. read more

Amazing team members! The ladies are lovely and very organized. I love coming here! They make it an easy and quick process every time!

Best orthodontist and staff. Having a son at a different orthodontist makes me really appreciate everything here at Ence Orthodontics. From the first phone call to getting the braces on has all been such a wonderful experience. Dr. Ence is amazing and her and her staff make you and the kids feel like family. My husband and I came here years ago when Dr. Reardon was here and if there ever was an orthodontist to replace him it would definitely be Dr. Ence, she is amazing. Also so happy to see Michelle is still there too, she and everyone else make coming here fun. Highly recommend for you or the kids if you're looking for an orthodontist. read more

My dentist gave me a referral to 3 separate orthodontics but I have been following Ence for a few years now because I've been wanting to get braces so they were my first choice . The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr.Ence gave me a lot of information about the process of getting braces and the difference between wire and clear liners . I had a consultation on a Wednesday and was in the following week for braces with a great in house financing plan. They gave me a nice good bag which we can always use and provided me with a booklet with my do's and don't and had to take care of my braces . If you have any question I can always send a text or make a phone call for any concerns . Very very pleased and happy for picking them to take care of me read more

I've been going to this office since I was 13, I'm 30 now. This was my first time going to the office under Ence and I can say it falls nowhere short of the service I've always received. I was in a rush to get a new set of clear retainers before I went back home to Texas and the team got me in last minute and had them ready in the same day! I had a flight home the next morning. I'm so thankful that I can still trust this team and they're kindness. read more

Dr. Ence orthodontics... all I can say is WOW amazing. I am a returning patient that user to see Dr. Reardon back in 2003 and now returning 17 years later. They were able to get me in within only a few days of calling for an appointment, even during this odd Covid times. Very clean office and staff is incredible! Michelle and Tabatha are amazing. Tabatha actually remembered me from when I was young child that got my braces. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone seeking orthodontist services. read more

There's a famous line in The Devil Wears Prada.... "If I don't hire you, I am an idiot." Well, if you don't hire Dr. Ence and her team, you will regret it! The staff is so friendly. They provide the best customer service, better than any other health care provider I have gone to. The staff is warm, inviting, and very welcoming. They ease your fears of going to an orthodontist. As far as quality of work, I experienced very little pain and had no trouble while I had my braces. They made me as comfortable as possible and everything was so easy. They are efficient and quick with my appointments. Dr. Ence's work is so detailed and impeccable. She is a natural in her line of work. My teeth have never looked so good! The end of my treatment has arrived. I am beyond pleased with my final outcome. Dr. Reardon and his staff were always very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Reardon himself was always very sweet, caring, and professional. Emily was always very accommodating when it came down to the scheduling of my appointments and Amber was always very bright and cheery in the mornings when I came in for tightenings. If you're considering getting braces, you couldn't be in better hands. Now it's time for my eldest son to get braces and I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Ence Orthodontics - Final outcome. Thanks Dr. Reardon! - Orthodontists Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Dr Ence took over the practice and has been remarkable. For the first time in my life I have an overbite! She is meticulous with getting my teeth right and is working with my dentist to ensure there is proper spacing for my porcelain veneers. I've had braces before as an adult and many other orthodontic treatments as a kid and I have never felt more confident about my orthodontist as I do with Dr Ence and her team. My son and I are both patients and I have watched our mouths transform over the last year. This group really cares about their patients and it shows. I brought my son in for a check and Dr Ence remarked that she had been looking at pictures of his file recently to consider next steps. I was amazed because so often when you walk into a dentist or doctor it feels like the first time they've seen your chart since your last appointment. I know Dr Ence and her staff know my son's mouth and mine, and they collaborate internally as well as with their peers to ensure we will have the best smiles and teeth. I could go on and on, but you should just experience it for yourself. Outstanding care, new technology, and willingness to think creatively for best solutions!! Total patient centric environment that I would recommend for children and adults. read more

Love this place! Started coming when I was 15 for braces and now 11 years later still come back to get repairs done on my permanent retainers, staff is always so sweet and helpful and the orthodontists have been amazing!! Highly recommend! read more

I came in on Monday and was welcomed by a very experienced and friendly staff. I finally made the decision to get braces and was referred to Dr. Reardon by my dentist Dr. Velayo (Green Valley Smiles Dentistry). My visit was just for x-rays and an estimate of pricing and how long I would need braces. Everyone made sure I was comfortable at all times, even offering chapstick and water after taking those awkward photos of my teeth. Dr. Reardon helped explain what processes I will go through when I get my braces, and suggested other procedures I might like for a cosmetically better smile. He wasn't pushy about timing and also only recommended braces that would work more efficiently for me. He could have easily "upsold" me with invisalign, which is more expensive, but went with the cheaper braces because it's what would work best for me. There payment plan is all in house and there's no interest, which I think is so great of them to provide. Very honest practice and I'm confident that they'll meet my expectations for the next two years. read more

Wonderful Dr and staff!! My Granddaughter is a patient. We are very happy with the excellent care she is receiving.

I'm just here to encourage again to anyone that is thinking about getting braces to come to Dr. Reardon. I couldn't be more happier and confident in my smile today. I've lived for 20 years with a smile that basically had me NOT wanting to smile. After being able to find the appropriate funds and time, I went to Dr. Reardon to help me with my smiling insecurities. He's experienced as well as his staff and you couldn't be in more safer hands. read more

Michelle and Tamatha at Ence Orthodontics provided amazing service. They were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very clean and beyond the COVID standards and precautions. We found this place randomly, but I'm so glad to have found it! Dr. Ence is fantastic and my daughter (who usually hates going to see dentists/orthodontists), doesn't mind coming for her appointments. During the pandemic, the office has gone to extra measures to make sure their staff and clients are safe. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Ence and her practice! read more

Brandon W. Dr Ence and her staff get 5 stars from me. Everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clean, I feel very comfortable while they work on my teeth. If you're looking for a top notch Ortho, look no further than Dr. Ence. read more

Coronavirus related issue: Dr. Ence and her staff were very thorough in the safety measures to keep everyone safe. Dr. Ence is the one you want to see if you need to see an orthodontist and are concerned about the safety. Treatment: I made an appointment to see Dr. Ence for a repair/replace a 6-year-old permanent wire retainer. After paperwork, the staff took X-rays and some pictures of my teeth. Dr. Ence came into the exam room, went over the retainer problem, and took the time to go over the entire dental health. She was even more thorough than my regular dentist! When I left her office, my retainer problem is gone, and I had a better knowledge of my dental health. The entirety of my visit was less than 30 mins, and the fee was very, very reasonable. read more

Ence Orthodontics is always so friendly the minute I walk in! Their staff maintains a very clean environment making sure you're sanitized as well as their station. Michelle helped me and I was in and out of the office in no time :) read more

Dr Reardon , was phenomenal. Recently had to take my twins back in, and though the new Doctor is good, her staff is another story. Not sure if Michelle is a manager, but my first impression on the phone was that she was rude and short. Her reasoning was due to COVID, and she was doing everything. Well I understand that, but I'm still a patient or at least my kids are. Then coming into office, where she was upfront was no better. People that answer your phones and greet patients are the back bone to the office and extremely important. Maybe put Michelle somewhere else, where she has no interaction with people. read more

Dr Ence and her staff are very friendly and helpful. My daughter has been a patient for a couple of months already. They are very accommodating when It comes to the appointments. I'm blown away by the technology Dr Ence utilizes for her patients. I love them! Thank you guys for all you do. read more

When I walked in for my initial consult two years ago I never imagined where it would lead me. Dr. Reardon and his entire staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Very caring and understanding about the process of orthodontia. The initial consult and xrays were free and they were very honest and upfront on pricing, treatment options and expectations. Office very clean and staff is very friendly. Got the Damon 3 braces and the self-ligating brackets were a godsent. Minimal discomfort and maintenance. Came in every 10 weeks for slight adjustments and evaluations. Two years laters my braces are off, my smile is amazing and my life is so much better. I would not have had it any other way. RECOMMEND = YES @ Kris Kaahea sent you. read more

I used to be a patient under Dr. Reardon a few years ago (with some not so nice experiences), and today was my first visit under Dr. Ence due to a retainer breaking recently, and I was beyond happy with my visit! As soon as I called they were able to schedule me a time to come in within a week including an estimate of how much it would cost over the phone. Then, when I got there there was almost no wait, and everything was taken care of in only a few minutes. Additionally, Dr. Ence was extremely helpful and kind as we discussed treatment options to correct some misalignment, and provided me estimates of how much it would cost before I walked out the door, again all within a few minutes. Finally, Dr. Ence's staff still remembered me even after a few years, and took the time to ask how I was doing, what I had been up to since my last visit, and welcomed me back like I was still a patient! I highly recommend Dr. Ence's office to anyone who is looking for an orthodontist, or to previous patient's under Dr. Reardon. Great practice and I will have her again as an orthodontist soon when we do braces again in the near future! read more

**Update to the reply** the response was irrelevant to my post, I'm much aware of the policies and procedures. My post is about charging $50 bucks for a NO CALL NO SHOW for an appointment that I did not receive a confirmation call for! Staff advised confirmation calls are a courtesy and not required. The post is not about office visit charges. Its obvious the staff Dr.Ence are not on the same page. Was a patient for 2yrs before Dr.Reardon retired. Never missed ANY appts and always received a confirmation phone call 24hrs prior to my appt. New Dr. has now taken over and apparently confirmation calls are not being made anymore. I missed my appt. due to not receiving a confirmation call and they want to charge $50 bucks for a no call no show!! My past and my charastics displays that I'm not the type of patient who is irresponsible and doesn't show up. I've recommended friends in the past because of the great work and staff, however staff is now rude uncaring unapologetic and only cares about money!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! read more

Dr Ence and team are wonderful. Everyone is kind and perfectionists in their craft of straight teeth! I had adult braces, and now my daughter is having her first round of braces. Dr Ence first saw my daughter and requested I have her huge tonsils looked at. Pediatrician had never said anything. Had her tonsils removed and now she sleeps through the night. Two more visits to Dr Ence before she thought my daughter was ready to start braces. So grateful Dr Ence doing what is best for her patients! read more
