We went during the week, so I'm not really sure how the atmosphere/waiting time is on the weekends. We walked in and we were greeted right away. They asked us if we wanted to sit indoors or outdoors. It was a nice morning, so we opted for the outdoor area. There was a large family already eating out there, but they said hello to us and we sat at our table. They took our order and the food didn't take long to arrive. In the meantime, the kids and I were looking around at the different plant and signs they had around the place. The food itself was good. It all had tasted great and our waitress came by often to check up on us and make sure we were ok. As we left, they bid us farewell. My only tip is that if you are in a large group to get separate bills and request it from the beginning. We spoke to the manager Oscar, hoping something would be done, but he was completely dismissive. Just the typical apology and nothing else. This place used to mean something to our family and we even had a close relationship with the owners, but ever since the previous manager passed away, this restaurant has turned into a tourist trap. The quality has completely fallen apart while the prices keep going up. Extremely expensive for mediocre food and poor management. There are so many better places to spend your money now.
