I went for a consultation with Shaughnessy who is a wonderful artist and my brows were so gorgeous when they first were done. She told me it is typical to have a second treatment and it would be another $300 on top of the $1000 I have already spent. To pay another $300 for unsatisfactory results that were great at the beginning is totally unacceptable. It says the Studio does not stand behind their work and certainly doesn't provide customer satisfaction. I am soooo disappointed - this was my 75th birthday present to myself. I just walked out - So my advice : Beware : Ask what guarantees there are for the work to remain looking good - Surely for $1000, 7 weeks is not adequate!

This is the first review I have ever written on the internet because writing reviews isn't really my thing, but I was SO impressed bymy experience at Rejuva Medispa and Laser that I had to create an account here to share my experience with anyone looking for a reputable place to trust in. Service: Botox and Juvederm Facility: This was the first time that I had ever been inside Rejuva and I was very surprised and impressed. The decor is beautiful, very modern yet warm and inviting - not like most other offices with flourescent lighting. It was very clean and professional but not uptight in any way, I felt very at ease. Staff: Since I first inquired about their services over the phone, the staff have been amazing - super friendly, relatable and knowledgeableand not pushy in any way like a lot ofsales people can be. I felt like I was talking to afriend and felt likethey cared about melike I wasn't just another client in their medispa. They made sure that I was fully informed about the pre and post care of the treatment I was about to have and even shared their own experiences with what they had had done themselves -which a lot of women don't, so it was really nice. Doctor: Dr. Soni was amazing. This was the first time that a doctor has spent this much time with me to make sure that he understood what my goals were and discussed how he planned to achieve them. He even took out a chart that showed all the muscles in the face and explained how botox would effect them - he actually talked me out of getting the normal amount of botox that I usually get because I didn't need it for the results I wanted - turns out that a lot less botox, injected properly would give me the result that I was looking for! It was within a few minutes of meeting Dr. Soni for the first time and sitting in his chair that I felt I could trust him to perform the treatment on me. He was very personable and even though he had another client after me, I never felt rushed in any way. He was so thorough in explaining anything that I wanted to know and was so happy to share his knowledge with me while still respecting my opinion and former beliefs - which most doctors have a hard time doing. Comfort: Anyone who has ever gotten their lips injected knows that it is THE most painful of all the injection sites. I had my lips done once before and even though I was 'happy' with the results, I didn't think that it would be worth doing again because of how painful it was - which says a lot because I have a high pain tolerance and I'm pretty vain! ;) Dr. Soni actually uses a numbing cream that he formulated himself that COMPLETELY numbs your lips so I couldnt feel a thing!Plus, contrary to what I had been told before, he was able to re shape my lips from beingjust two really full lips on a face to a perfect pout shape wherethere is more volume in the center and SO natural looking! I honestly never knew that my lips could look like this - I am amazed and in love with my new lips and cannot stop looking at them! Cost: You only get charged for the amount that is used so you don't have to buy an entire syringe - which most places wont do. He only ended up using half a syringe on my new perfect lips, compared to the other doctor using an entire syringe to just basically inflate my lips without shaping them to match my face and goals. I am the happiest I have ever been with my results and the entire service cost almost HALF as much as I normally paid - which really does prove the importance of going to a skillful doctor. I will never go anywhere else for my cosmetic injectibles again. I am already booked for a skin care consultation at Rejuva as well and am going to look into their other services like laser hair removal. This is totally my new medispa!

My boyfriend and I were browsing and watching hairstyling demos because he was looking for curling products. We were calm, respectful, and not doing anything disruptive. Yes, we were carrying shopping bags from other stores since we had already been shopping at the mall -- which is completely normal. However, instead of speaking to us or handling things discreetly, a staff member hovered around us and then brought a security guard directly into our personal space, positioning him right behind us. I literally said out loud, "No way they brought a security guard," and only then did the guard step away slightly. That alone shows how unnecessarily close and uncomfortable the situation had become. I also used to work in retail when I was younger, and I understand loss prevention. When there is a concern, it is always handled subtly and respectfully -- not in a way that makes customers feel watched, embarrassed, or targeted. This approach was the opposite of that. If carrying shopping bags is enough to warrant this level of surveillance, that is very concerning. The entire interaction felt intrusive and humiliating and completely ruined what should have been a relaxed shopping experience. I expect better from Sephora, especially at a major mall location. This situation should be addressed.
