He used to be the Executive Chef at Theo's and then 601 Arota in town and still serves many of the dishes they served there (now its the only place you can get them), but he has also come up with a variety of cool new dishes along the way. If you have any special requests, he can make just about anything. I think he has had the reputation of being upscale and high-end but I've heard from lots of people that they can do reasonable packages for those on a budget as well.
