As of this week, when I had to have my lawn aerated because most of the sod they laid had died, I can say this was the worst sod job I have seen (of 5 that I have done over 40 years). The person who aerated my lawn agreed. Whole pieces of the sod came loose; it never took. Lousy job, lousy sod, and too expensive. And when I told ERL about this they never responded. Buyer beware!

Remove poison ivy and oak, clean the lot t off, and cut hedges, laid rocks for drainaged, rebuilt to fence gates. Pulled up all weeds and removed dead tree limbs, edged, mulched all flower beds. Quick, clean, accurate, and neat. Did amazing work. Will use it again. As some customers have stated the price seemed high but once all the poison ivy, poison oak, big shrubs had to be removed and cut and the amount of weeds and it was 3 person crew price was accurate. Took a whole day to clean the lot off and it was the front only.

The tallest tree happens to be only 10 feet from the back deck. John did a phenomenal job cutting off limbs that were growing toward the house and deck, leaving the remaining limbs growing vertical. How he managed to do all that, from that height, without damaging the deck or the fence is a mystery. He did incredible work, then cleaned up our yard like he was never there. We signed up for services with a special from Spring Green. It was only supposed to be 7 visits. No…read morewhere on the mailer did it say services would continue after this special spring lawn care proposal. Yet our local Spring Green provider, Oscar Hecker, came or sent someone out to perform another unauthorized visit. We did not continue services with the company. My husband received a bill for the unauthorized service and called Oscar multiple times and left messages and nobody would call him back. He also texted and no response back from that either. Is this how you do business? We were not pleased with lawncare we received. This spring we had tons of weeds and bare spots. Not what was expected after using a "professional" lawncare service. I will never use Spring Green lawn service again. I also will let people know our experience with your company so other people don't get duped into accepting specials from Spring Green and having to deal with situations like this.

We have been loyal to Spring-Green for many years. This year we are getting the worst service. They…read morecall telling us they're coming, so we move everything from the lawn, then a no show. Call about it and get a run around that the guy was at our house. We have video cameras outside, no one showed up, plus we were home! Took weeks before they came back. They did offer flea and tick spray as an apology. Which was fine, we understand mistakes happen. We get a call this past Sunday they're coming out Monday. Cleared the lawn, etc. I was home all day, and no one showed up. Called this morning and no one can tell me what is going on. I know what's going on, we're canceling our service. Sick of the run around, and horrible service.
