My rating is less than zero. I went to this store and said I was having an issue with my computer…read morenot recognizing the phone when it was plugged into the computer with a usb cord. Also, the phone was no longer rapid charging when I used the USB cord, but, It would if I used the USB - C cord. I said I was having an issue with the charging port. I was not having any other issues. The Tech said he could fix it. They ordered the part and charged me a down payment. Yesterday, 4-21-26 I brought the phone in to have it repaired. When I picked the phone up and tried to use Google Maps to navigate my way home, the app lost the GPS signal and never regained it. Prior to the tech working on the phone I NEVER had issues with GPS. When I got home, I discovered I had multiple other issues, such as, on calls I had to have the speaker phone on to hear the call and speak to text was not working. I could no longer click the mic button and dictate what the keyboard typed. I brought the phone back today and some of the issues were resolved, but, not the Google Maps GPS issue. I had them try a third time to resolve all issues, they were unsuccessful. The tech said nothing he could do. He said he was more familiar with iPhones. He offered my a partial refund and put the bad charging port back in. So now I have a phone with the original problem and a new problem that the phone did not have before the itech put his hands on my phone. I'm charged money for him to break my phone worse then it was before he began. Per a google search of my Google Maps GPS issue, here is what it says: "Google Maps might not work after a charging port replacement because the repair may have damaged the nearby GPS antenna, disconnected the antenna cable, or caused software glitches that reset location permissions. It could also be that a new, loose connection is causing power fluctuations." The Itech was the only one that took the phone apart. I regret ever setting foot in his shop. This was my experience with him.
