This experience was positive from the start! I was able to…read morebook my appointment online and to get an estimate of the cost in advance. When I arrived, Seek (yes, that is the correct spelling ) was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt and done expertly which I appreciate tremendously. Another point worth mentioning is that their prices are reasonable and fair. I know because I had already searched around before finding this gem. I was surprised to see the staff not wearing masks during this 2020 pandemic, however; there was plexiglass running the length of the counter as a barrier. Except for the exchange of my device this was a contactless service. I would highly recommend Comm Depot for your technology needs and they will be my go to establishment.

I came in to get help with my AirPods Max because they weren't working, and the customer service I…read morereceived was completely unacceptable. A short male employee, approximately 5'2", asked me if I could read. When I asked him why he was asking me that, he made the racist comment that Black people normally can't read. This was extremely disrespectful, offensive, and completely unprofessional. No customer should ever have to experience racism when simply trying to get help with a product. I came in expecting assistance, not to be insulted or stereotyped because of my race. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable, and I believe management needs to address this incident seriously. I hope this matter is investigated and appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment.

He gave me an estimate which it ended up costing exactly what he said. I visited the store one evening about 5:30. Service was quick - 30 minutes. The reason I am not giving them a 5 is because he asked me for the screen unlock code- which I didn't like. My response was that no one has ever asked me for that when they have worked on my phone. He gave cryptic response of they had to have it in order to program the battery to my phone. I went ahead and gave it to him against my better judgment. When I returned 30 min later a young man was behind the counter and finished my transaction. He was very nice. So quick service and phone is working fine but they should be able to perform service in view of customer to assure us that they are not data mining.
