As a newcomer to such projects, I was unsure about where to turn, what criteria to consider, and how to find a dependable software vendor to get the job done. My initial contact with a vendor was disappointing--they lacked flexibility, presented an exorbitant quote, and failed to communicate effectively regarding the job requirements. Fortunately, my brother, a software engineer, introduced me to SR Network Solutions, led by Sadiel. Sadiel proved to be a consummate professional, providing a comprehensive overview of the job, specifying the requirements, estimating the necessary timeframe, and offering a fair and reasonable price. He was not only personable but also exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and meticulous in his work. I couldn't have asked for a better leader for this project. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to SR Network Solutions for their outstanding service and would enthusiastically recommend their company to anyone in need of network solutions. If you're seeking a professional team that delivers exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Sadiel for exceeding my expectations. I really appreciate you and your team. If I could give you 10 Stars, I would!!

No discount was given. Instead, they changed the initial blind cleaning quote to a higher quote. Not cheap. They were not able to put back one of the blinds properly. One came back with a big spot that was not there before. When I complained, they took it back and did not return it for weeks. I had to chase the owner who ghosted me and did not return my calls. I finally got it back. It was ruined: it doesn't close properly anymore. And now all the blinds that they cleaned are warped. How these guys have a license from Hunter Douglas to clean expensive blinds is beyond me. I reported them to Hunter Douglas.
