My son came here for a "low taper fade" and the barber who cut his hair clearly did not know what this cut style was. Instead of the gradual blurring of shaved areas, she only cut his hair with straight harsh edges which is not reminiscent of what a fade is. I was waiting in the car and when he came out, I saw his expression and immediately knew he was not satisfied and it left him very disappointed. The two stars are for the friendly customer service, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Hope they can improve!

I usually get a 2 or a 1 guard on the trimmer but I decided to go with a "0" today. What the heck right? It is summer and I am no longer in denial. Betty took the trimmer and made the first pass. What a difference. When she was finished I just had a little stubble all over. When I got home, I cleaned up and decided I was going to go full "Mr. Clean". I got my Remington shaver (wish I had a Norelco, but present) and proceeded to pass it over my melon. The result is a not quite clean shaven head. I think this will be my new look. He said: mirror is not for you, it's for me, chair is not for you to rotate, it's for me to rotate, and I will not cut your hair today. And then he started basically yelling at me. Another barber said: from now on we will refuse service to you because of the incident. It's past 5pm. I have an event tomorrow morning that I needed the haircut for. Uppercuts Barbershop let me down big time. I do not recommend it to anybody. Stay away, especially if you're planning to get a haircut at the last moment for a special occasion.
