The clinic is conveniently located near Yonge and Bay and the facilities are very clean and modern. Dr Luong is very helpful and incredibly skilled at what she does. Her hands are very dexterous and you barely feel her working on your teeth. She is also very thorough with her check ups, I feel my teeth are very well taken care of by her. I also have a dental implant from Baywell, the surgery was performed by Dr Luong herself. The surgery went smoothly, Dr Luong was very professional and explained to me the procedure and let me know what she was doing at every step. I recovered very quickly from the procedure. Overall, everyone I've encountered at Baywell has been pleasant and friendly. Just to name a few individuals that I've encountered at Baywell--Marianne the hygienist is very friendly, she does thorough cleanings and makes good conversation. Tania the receptionist is incredibly helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good dentist to go to Baywell.

Free (and decent) coffee, wi-fi, video games while you wait. Parking is free. I went in the following day with my retainer and ready to get a new retainer and Dr. Carcao offered to fix it for me and recommended that my original retainer will be better for now because I am used to it.
