When I was able to get my MRI, Dr. Anderson contacted me and told me that there was nothing to operate on because it was just edema. I was flabbergasted. How can someone have edema in the same location for over 10 years, that does not go away with rest and only continue to grow. Dr Anderson just didn't want to do the surgery, but he did informed me that it would be considered an cosmetic surgery that my insurance wouldn't cover, so I would have to pay out pocket. My own provider doesn't believe it to be edema. I was distraught because 2024 was a painful year and this improvement for.my well being was something that kept me moving forward. I hung up on Dr. Anderson then later spoke with Jamie office manager and requested my refund and was told she would have to check with billing. Jamie did I check with billing when I paid to have the procedure??It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my refund. I talked with Jamie again today and was told that it was passed on to administrators and because I hung up twice on them they were thinking about discharging me as a patient. What service did I received other than conversation. Now it looks like I will have to take legal action just so I can receive my own money back. You don't have to worry about discharging me Jamie or Dr. Anderson why would I stay

Dr. Anderson came highly recommended from another highly respected general surgeon. It took two procedures due to a significant amount of internal scaring. I love Dr Anderson's unique personality. There was one visit that was not so good for me emotionally following the first procedure. He did not miss a beat, handed me a tissue and reassured me that everything was on track to the best we could expect with my allergies and the amount of scaring. THANK YOU! You are a good man with great skill.

I booked a first-time 90-minute massage for my elderly mother, and we were all looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but. We arrived on time for our appointment, but the masseuse was not ready. The front desk staff member, Kiana, said they needed to go over some questions. I explained that my mother does not speak English, but I was ready to assist with translation when the masseuse arrived. During the wait, I asked to use the restroom, and upon returning, we filled out the questionnaire. When we finally met the masseuse, I had to repeat everything again, which wasted about 10 minutes. Once in the room, I asked the masseuse when I should return to pick up my mother, and she responded, "50 minutes from now," even though my mother hadn't even undressed yet. I immediately returned to the front desk to clarify this, and Kiana told me--quite rudely--that we would still be charged for the full 90 minutes because we were "supposed to arrive 10 minutes early." Not only was that never communicated to us, but even under that reasoning, we were still owed at least 80 minutes of service. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were available. Upon returning to pick up my mother, Kiana reiterated that management would charge us for the full session and that nothing could be done. This business clearly does not value its clients and is more concerned with enforcing unfair policies than providing quality care. Charging for a 90-minute massage and delivering barely 50 minutes is unacceptable. They have lost our business for good, and I strongly recommend others stay away from this location.

    Massage was horrible , felt like they were just rubbing lotion on…read more And then when I got out and addressed this issue with the front desk they really didn't seem to care stating she was kind of new ..and then asked how much tip I want to leave and asked if I wanted to rebook Absolutely NOT I said I laid on that table during the massage thinking when will this be over ...so not relaxing at all for $105 plus my tip I've never had problems at massage envy in Alaska or Colorado But I WILL NOT be returning to this location EVER
