We worked with Anne when our baby was four months old, and I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. Before sleep training, he was waking constantly after midnight and would only sleep if he was being held. My husband and I were completely exhausted and knew we needed help. The first night was a little tough (as expected), but to our amazement, he slept all the way through until 7 AM and continued to do so consistently throughout the two weeks we worked with her. Since then, he has been a great sleeper. Of course, there are occasional off nights if he's sick or not feeling well, but even then, he's usually able to put himself back to sleep quickly, which is such a huge change from before. Anne has also continued to support us beyond the initial training. Recently, she helped us navigate a sleep regression and the transition from three naps to two. She's incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. She is also one of the kindest, sweetest people to work with. As a first-time parent, my anxiety was through the roof, and I had what felt like a million questions. She never once made me feel judged or silly for asking anything, no matter how small and always responded with patience, reassurance, and thoughtful guidance. If you're having any kind of trouble with your baby's sleep or even just considering sleep training but feeling unsure I truly recommend taking the leap. It completely changed how we navigate our days, our mood, and overall quality of life. Our baby is sleeping well, and so are we, and it's been a win all around. The process with Anne felt seamless and manageable, and we felt supported every step of the way. We are finally getting amazing sleep and waking up feeling refreshed, something we truly didn't think was possible before working with her. She has been an absolute lifesaver, and I cannot recommend her enough! read more

So full of knowledge. Truely cares about her clients. Practices what she preaches. Super nice. Great approach.

Choosing and trusting Anne to help with our baby's sleep was one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family. Truly life-changing feels like an understatement. We love Anne and are forever grateful we found her. I'm a second-time mom and genuinely believed I could figure sleep out on my own. But my two babies could not have been more different. After weeks of exhaustion and feeling overwhelmed, I realized I needed help, and hiring Anne was the greatest gift we could have given ourselves and our baby. Before Anne: Our baby was incredibly sensitive to sleep from just a few weeks old. We relied almost entirely on contact naps because he wouldn't nap in his bassinet. I would sit on the couch for 1.5-2 hours at a time just to make sure he got the rest he needed. We kept him swaddled until nearly 3 months because it was the only thing that calmed him. I was exhausted, physically and emotionally, and knew it wasn't sustainable. When we transitioned to the crib, it felt even harder. We had to rock, shush, nurse before transfer, bounce on a birth ball -- anything to get him drowsy enough to put down. Even then, naps were only 30 minutes. He couldn't connect sleep cycles or self-soothe. I felt stuck and honestly defeated. After Anne: The transformation has been unbelievable. Our baby now falls asleep completely independently -- no rocking, no shushing, no bouncing, no nursing to sleep. He naps 1-2 hours during the day and sleeps independently at night. He still has one night waking for nutrition, which Anne reassured us is completely developmentally appropriate. Beyond the sleep, Anne gave us confidence. She gave us peace in our home again. She gave us rest. The Process: Anne is not only incredibly knowledgeable, she is deeply caring. You can feel that this is her calling. The level of support she provides is unmatched. Her responses (through the voice messaging app) were always thoughtful, detailed, and so timely. We never once felt alone in the process. She answered every single question with patience and compassion and made thoughtful pivots whenever needed. She goes above and beyond in a way that is rare. This is not just a business to her - she genuinely wants families to thrive. And it shows in everything she does. If you're even slightly considering hiring a sleep coach, take the leap and choose Anne. She is phenomenal, compassionate, professional, and truly life-changing. Anne -- from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU. We adore you and are so grateful for you. read more

Hiring Anne was one of the best decisions I made as a first-time mom. I had done my homework, researching different sleep training methods, but ultimately chose Anne because of her thoughtful, holistic approach. She doesn't offer a one-size-fits-all solution--instead, she takes the time to understand your baby and your family, offering gentle, personalized guidance that truly works!! My husband and I knew we needed both support and accountability, and Anne delivered that and so much more. She equipped us with the tools and knowledge we needed to feel confident, and within just a few nights, our 4 mo baby was getting the restful sleep he needed--and so were we. We a Anne supported us through a highly developmental phase for our son, and thanks to her, he still learned how to sleep independently despite the changes. She is everything you'd hope for in a sleep coach: incredibly kind, patient, encouraging, and deeply knowledgeable. She answers alll my questions and always gave great context throughout our training. If you want to understand your baby's sleep and need help with where to start with sleep training, I highly recommend Anne. She gave our family the invaluable gift of rest--and for that, we are so grateful!! You're the best Anne! read more

I've been a consultant in the professional services industry for almost 15 years so trust me when I say Anne provides world class service to her clients/parents! We just wrapped up our program with Anne and couldn't be happier with the results. Our 4 month old baby sleeps through the night consistently, has lengthened naps, takes less time to fall asleep, the list goes on. Anne is very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Best investment you can make for your family, don't this twice - book with Anne! read more

My wife and I could not be happier with Anne's Baby Sleeping Consultation Services! We have a 5-month-old baby girl and were in desperate need of sleep training her as we transitioned from the bassinet to the crib. Our baby couldn't sleep without being aided and her wake windows were out of whack. We went with Anne's Holistic Empowered PLUS AT HOME Full Night offering, and it was worth every penny. It was a 2-week 1:1 support program, which included 12-hour-in-home coaching, daily Voxer App Communication, logging sleep in a Rested Sleep Coaching App, a written comprehensive sleep plan until 16 months, 60-min sleep support check-in calls and most importantly Anne's Empowered Sleep Guarantee. We saw our baby's skills grow within the first couple days. She is dramatically happier during the day and now puts herself to sleep for naps and nighttime in her crib unaided. Anne wasn't just a coach; she became an extension of our family. She exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't recommend her more! read more

Our 9mo old is finally sleeping!!! We were at a breaking point after not sleeping well for months. Anne's two week coaching program was not only successful, it provided us with a deep understanding of how baby sleep works to ensure our baby's independent sleeping skills will stick! Anne is a wealth of knowledge. During the program she provides realtime guidance, which is essential in the first few days of teaching your baby to sleep. A lot of her insights aren't covered in sleep training books (trust me, I read them!). Her approach is NOT a cry-it-out or Ferber method. It is one that is centered around loving and supporting your baby as they learn to sleep. Our only regret is that we didn't work with Anne sooner. Thank you Anne for giving us our life back! read more

After countless attempts to solve our baby's sleep training independently, we found ourselves at a point of desperation. Discovering Anne on Yelp was truly a game changer for us. Since our baby was only 3 months, we felt unsure whether we would get the results we wanted, but we needed a solution as I was already back at work and struggling with night wakings. Prior to meeting Anne, our baby only napped for 30-40 min at a time. Bed time was even more painful as she could take up to 2 hours to cry herself to sleep and wake every 2 hours. Not what I wanted for my baby or myself. Despite initial skepticism from my husband regarding the timeframe, Anne's expertise quickly proved its worth. By the second day of our sessions, we were already witnessing significant improvements. Having completed Anne's program, utilizing the Voxer app, our baby girl now sleeps for 2 hours most naps and sleeps through the night with an occasional single feeding. What sets Anne apart is her personalized approach and unwavering commitment to her clients' success. She didn't just offer generic advice; instead, she tailored strategies to fit our unique needs and preferences. Anne's professionalism, combined with her genuine passion for helping our baby, and in turn us, achieve better sleep, made our journey transformative. The investment in Anne's coaching services was undeniably worth it, as we not only reclaimed control over our sleep but also gained a newfound sense of vitality and well-being in our baby. For anyone seeking a solution to sleep troubles, Anne's guidance is invaluable. read more

Anne is simply the best. My 9 month-old was waking up 3-5 times per night, and we were all low on sleep. Anne taught us the right conditions for his room as well as the max amount of time he should be awake according to his age. She also encouraged us to create a bedtime routine that was comforting and consistent for my little one. Most importantly, she helped foster the skills for my son to go to sleep--and to keep trying even if it isn't immediate. Once the lights are off, he's laying down and getting comfortable--no endless bouncing, singing, or bottle required. He doesn't even need a pacifier. Anne is currently helping guide us to one nap now that my son is almost 16 months, and it's going swimmingly because he has a solid sleep foundation. Thank you, Anne! read more

Found Anne on Yelp and so glad we did! Our 9mo wasn't sleeping through the night until we enlisted Anne's service. Literally the 2nd night using Anne's sleep plan, the baby slept an entire 12-hours! All communication is virtual: email, phone, and web portal. No problems at all with not meeting in-person. Anne also went above and beyond with nap guidance too. Highly super recommended because we're all sleeping through the night now LoL read more

I can't say enough great things about Anne! We started the program with Anne when our son was 3.5 months old. Before the program, it would take us 45 minutes to put him to sleep, he would wake up every 30-45 minutes at night and be inconsolable, and he would refuse to sleep in his own crib after 2 am! On top of this he was heavily reliant on a pacifier. To say we were desperate is an understatement. We started the program with a bit of hesitation, we never thought our son would sleep longer than an hour at a time but we were so desperate we were willing to try anything. Enter Anne!!!!!!! After 3 nights our son was falling asleep on his own, with no pacifier or any aiding. When he has night wakings he also puts himself back to sleep, something I never thought I would be able to say! We were also highly concerned because our son has severe acid reflux and is on a medication that is very time sensitive, Anne created a customized plan to fit all of his needs. She is so responsive and answered all of the million questions we had. Once we were done with the program she provided us with documents to transition naps as he gets older which is so helpful! Could not recommend Anne enough, she's absolutely amazing! read more

I found Anne when my baby was first born and I knew I was going to need some help figuring out sleep as soon as humanly possible as a fulltime working mom of 4. I started having calls with her months before our coaching began and our baby was VERY difficult - crying constantly, would only sleep being held, needed 4-5 sleep props to get to sleep, etc. It was so rough my mental and physical health were being hugely effected. Enter sleep coaching w/ Anne: I kid you not by day 3 we had an entirely different baby and an entirey different life. Even my nanny couldn't believe the transformation. She is such a happy baby now - what I thought was colic, stomach issues, reflux, turned out to be chronic overtiredness!! I cannot begin to tell you how life changing this has been for us. Instead of dealing with rocking, shushing, pacifying, etc we now lay her down in her crib, walk out and she goes to sleep ON HER OWN. This kind of help is absolutely priceless and I 1000% recommend Anne and her methods - don't hesitate, just do it! read more

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Anne as our sleep coach, and she completely changed our lives! When my son was about 4 months old, he would only nap if he was held and had a string of other sleep crutches he relied on to stay or fall asleep. It was really important to me that he developed independent sleeping skills as I would be returning to work soon. From our very initial phone call, Anne was patient, kind and supportive. She answered my (very many) questions with patience and knowledge. Once we decided to move forward with coaching, Anne was very accessible and supportive through the entire process. I was so nervous about my baby "crying it out," but in working with Anne, I learned that there are so many other aspects of sleep training a baby and there is so much more beyond just a child crying to sleep. After our time together, she instilled so much confidence in me as a new mother, and was priceless. If you're thinking about working with a sleep coach, you will not find a better person to guide you through this journey than Anne! The only thing you may regret is not working with her sooner! She's so passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about mothers - she shows this in every conversation that I've had with her. She helped me teach my son a lifelong skill, and we found a wonderful friend. read more

My husband and I had reached the end of our rope with our 2-year-old, whom we were co-sleeping with for the last year and half, before we decided to call Anne. We were pretty much trapped in the bed with our daughter for an hour to an hour and a half each night waiting for her to fall asleep. It was pretty miserable and we did not have any time in the evenings for ourselves to do anything else since my daughter slept pretty late. I knew that I would not have the mental strength to sleep train my daughter myself, so called Anne. She designed a plan for us and we spent two weeks executing it while getting almost real-time support through this app called Voxer. Although, you could cobble together your own plan from reading books and blogs, what really helped was having Anne adjust the plan according to my daughter's behavior. Some of the advice she gives us is very nuanced and hard to find in books. Another benefit of having Anne as our consultant is that she was there to support us emotionally. There was some crying involved with the sleep training (from both my daughter and myself!), so Anne was there to cheer us on and to alleviate our concerns. Her eloquence and confidence when answering all of our many questions really made us believe in the process. Now my daughter goes to sleep independently within 15 minutes and with very minimal crying. She sleeps through the night and wakes up happy. All this would not have been possible without Anne. I highly recommend her! read more

We got so lucky finding Anne! We were struggling to help our 5 month old sleep for more than a few hours a night and day naps were just non existent. I was debating to look for a sleep coach but after the initial phone call with Anne, we were ready to try our 2 weeks under her professional care. What really stood out to me about Anne was her " no cry it out" approach. She validated us in our concerns in the "cry out" method and explained how her approach to sleep coaching builds sleep skills that when maintained, children do not lose. Anne is so personable, warm, friendly, easy to work with, and overall so approachable. She answers every question with patience, kindness, and to the point. While supporting us, she encouraged us by defining realistic expectations all the while being so kind. Her support is unbelievable! We were able to connect with her for most of the day. She gets back to us as soon as she can with such in depth but concise suggestions. Honestly, it felt like she was in the same room with us coaching us every step of the way. The best thing about Anne is her personality and professionalism. By the end of our training, we felt like we made a friend...who just happens to know just about everything there is to successfully sleep train our baby. The whole process was enjoyable and seamless. Anne gave us back our independent time and SLEEP. She was worth every moment of our commitment. read more

Saying "It was a pleasure working with Anne" is an understatement - it was definitely a life-saver! We started with her when our son was about to turn 6 months old, and we very quickly moved from 3-4 wakeups per night to 12-13 hour stretches. Anne was SUPER flexible and helped us succeed even though, in retrospect, we chose a sub-optimal time to start sleep training since my parents were in town and our son's naps were terrible during the day. Still made it work thanks to her personalized touch and availability! One word of advice that I'll add to anyone on the fence about DIY sleep training versus working with a consultant. Most of what Anne mentioned were things that we were already read/heard about as good tools for sleep training. But she really helped motivate us and hold us accountable to do them and stick to them, so we are grateful - definitely worth the money! read more

Anne was incredible, and I could not recommend her more highly!! I had read books and taken online courses on sleep but really struggled to get our little one to sleep. Ann really turned things around with minimal pain. She really helped us navigate our little 4 month old from waking every 1-2 hours to sleeping through the night. She was patient and reasonable. Very accessible and so kind. For anyone struggling with sleep, this was the best thing we did for our baby and family. read more

Anne changed my families lives. Period. We have all heard how important sleep is, and after reading every book we could, trying everything we had read we decided after 9 and a half months of no sleep. Not one single full night. We were calling a professional. After a phone call, we set up a consultation. Anne came by the house for an assessment and a day or two later she had prepared a written plan. We followed it to the letter, and my goodness we saw noticeable improvement right away, and on night #3 our daughter got her first full night of sleep in her entire life! Night 5 and every night since we are ALL sleeping through the night. The insight Anne offered has made a major impact, we feel rested, our daughter feels rested and is a happier baby. We are happier, and more confident parents. Not being able to sleep or accomplish something can really make you question yourself as a new parent. Anne has given us not only sleep but the reassurance that we're good parents. If your going through the challenges we did as parents and you have made it this far, this is the sign that Anne is the right person with the right plan to change your life too. read more

We reached out to Anne early on in our little guy's life as he was having issues sleeping from the start. After our first phone call, I felt so comfortable with Anne and trusted her tips and advice! When our son was 12 weeks old, sleep took a turn for the worse, again - he started waking up multiple times at night, taking forever to go back to sleep again and his naps were TERRIBLE! We reached right back out to Anne and we booked her for sleep coaching ASAP! After 4 nights of coaching, he was sleeping through the night. Not "sleeping through the night" with a feed but..we'd put him down at 7pm and he would wake up maybe once, put himself back to sleep, and we'd hear from him again at 7am. While his naps aren't 100% amazing since he's still pretty young, he's doing so much better! Basically, Anne is a sleep magician. She is so supportive, warm and caring. Also, I'm a bit of an anxious human and she was there to answer the 129348723 questions I had throughout the program. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this! read more

A story as old as time, we hit the four month sleep regression HARD. Naps were 30-40 min if I was lucky and had to bounce/hold my son back to sleep. Nighttime was so stressful and I would lie awake anxious because I knew he would be up crying soon. Friends told us about Anne and how well their two year old sleeps because of her coaching. I thought with all the resources online that we could just figure it out (LOL). After one of our more difficult nights, we decided we had to do something. The best thing we ever did was email Anne. I was so impressed with the time that she took to understand our current situation and get to know our son. After our consult I immediately felt relieved. Like better quality of life was on its way. Once I received our customized sleep plan I was surprised that I had barely any questions, it was incredibly detailed and easy to follow. The Voxer messages with Anne were super helpful and we received great support. The results were immediate and overnight. The next day after our first night coaching, he started taking 1.5-2 hour naps. I now have to wake my son from his naps. I would have never thought this to be possible! Because of Anne, my previously grumpy baby is happy and I have the confidence to leave my son with his grandmas and know that he will nap! Anne's sleep coaching is such a great investment, I have been recommending her to anyone that will listen. There is no need to suffer in silence, Anne's coaching is a MUST! read more

I'm not exaggerating... Anne is legendary. She lovingly guided me, my parter and our baby girl to the land of GOOD SLEEP. I'm not sure if I'll ever get over the fact that we went from walking, rocking and bouncing our baby for EVERY nap and bedtime-- then carefully placing her into her crib PRAYING she wouldn't wake up (usually she did, and we would start the 30-1hr process over again), to putting her down WIDE awake with 100% confidence she will put herself to sleep. Anne is educational, intentional, genuine and everything in-between. I couldn't have asked for a better coach in my corner as we tackled what I thought would be years of unbreakable bad sleep habits. She legit made magic happen. I will be recommending Anne to every single mom I know. She was such a joy to work. Don't even think twice-- just work with this womxn, she's top notch. read more

I cannot say enough good, wonderful things about Anne. As a new mom who was suffering from really bad postpartum anxiety, I needed a support person to help us transition from the Snoo into the crib because I didn't have the confidence to do it on my own. Anne was incredibly kind and gracious - she listened to all of my worries and concerns, spoke with both my husband and I extensively to come up with a game plan, and gave us the confidence we needed to make this massive transition. Our babe went from fully swaddled in the Snoo to the crib in a sleep sack cold turkey and made the transition SEAMLESSLY. We seriously would still be in the Snoo if it wasn't for Anne. Additionally, given that naps were a struggle for us (our babe was 4 months at the start of program), Anne helped us troubleshoot every. single. day. to make sure we were getting a better sense of her wake windows. I am currently watching the monitor of a babe who is down for her third nap of the day, after taking two earlier naps that were 90-120 minutes each. Of course not every day clicks like this (because, hello, babies!), but because of Anne we have a toolbox to navigate any curve ball that this little babe throws our way. More importantly, I left this process feeling as though Anne is a close friend and confidant. She doesn't just give you a sleep plan - she gives YOU the confidence you need to walk into each day knowing it will be okay, and that stressing about sleep is the last thing you need to do. Thank you for everything, Anne! xo read more

Anne is all we talk about lately :) Our boy was 15 weeks when we started a program and we so happy we did! Anne was very honest that he is still young but at a healthy weight which means he can do it! We believed in a program and our little boy! The first 24 hours are the hardest just like adjustments our little boy protested but we saw improvements right away and he slept 10hours straight the second night! Of course we are humans and there are nights when Daniel wakes up couple times but again he is still very young and developing. But the best news that Anne set us up with the handbook so we can adjust his sleep schedule according his age! One time investment got us now a happy rested boy who learnt the skill he can use now and always thank you again Anne! It was such pleasure working together read more

ANNE IS THE ANSWER! After having about five hours of sleep total between the two of us in the last 10 months, my husband and I were losing it! Our almost 11 month old son had been a terrible sleeper since day one and our previous self taught attempts at sleep training failed miserably. Honestly we didn't know what or how we needed to change but it needed to happen quickly! From the very first phone call Anne was non-judgmental, grounded, calm and confident. All the things my frazzled, sleep deprived mama mind needed! Anne formulated a perfect plan for our little guy! Within the first three days, our son was putting himself to sleep, night feeds and wakes were a thing of the past, and he was able to nap in his crib! Anne was a present, available and guiding force the entire time and was happy to answer any and all my questions! I truly owe it to her for getting my sanity and my smile back! Thank you Anne for helping our entire family sleep! read more

Let me first start by saying that I was an emotional wreck with deep hesitation on sleep training because I'm a huge mama bear who caves every time my son cries a peep. Anne was AMAZINGLY SUPPORTIVE during the entire process, and my husband and I could not have slept trained our son without her! My son just turned 5 months old and required feeding, a pacifier, swaying, and sleeping on my chest just to fall asleep, and even then he would still wake up every 3-4 hours. My husband and I were exhausted. With Anne's 10 day program, my son now sleeps 11-12 hours straight per night! Anne is superb!! read more

I highly recommend Anne if you are looking for a whipsmart sleep consultant who is reliable, organized, and empathetic. I struggled to get my infant to nap as he'd only nap with a stroller in motion or with me cradling him. Although I made it work like this for months, I was exhausted and knew this approach was unsustainable. Fortunately, I found Anne via Yelp, and I couldn't ask for a better person to guide my family through the process of teaching my infant to sleep. The sleep coaching process is a lot of work and can be emotionally challenging, but Anne's reassurance, confidence, and understanding made it all possible. There were times I wanted to give up and probably would have if it weren't for Anne. My son is now a decent independent napper. I cannot believe it! And he's doing so much better at night too. Thank you, Anne, for your enduring support and patience with our myriad concerns and questions during the process. We're so grateful! read more

There are not enough stars for me to give to Anne, our savior. Working with Anne was nothing short of a delight, from the initial 15 minutes consult to the wrap-up call (very bittersweet). Anne is HIGHLY knowledgeable, she made us feel comfortable about the process, and pumped us up. I cannot sing enough praises about her to my husband, my friends, and my family! We honestly could not have sleep trained our 4-month-old baby girl without the expertise and support from Anne. My husband and I feel like we have a brand new baby!! Given that nowadays, everything is a short Google search away, I felt like I was banging my head into walls with the "this or that" methods and having consistency pitfalls. We needed someone who'd give us one method to stick to, keep us consistent, provide education, and moral support, Anne did ALL of that! read more

We finally decided to reach out to Anne after realizing we couldn't sleep train our little guy alone. At first, it was very difficult following Anne's program as it was heartbreaking letting our little one cry it out for an hour or longer every time he needed to go to bed. But we persevered and came out the opposite end much happier. He used to wake up anywhere between 6-8 times a night. He now maybe wakes up once towards 5AM and that's about it. He no longer likes to fall asleep in mommy or daddy's arms and would rather fall asleep laying down in his crib. Anne was amazing to work with, she was very patient and understood the beginning was tough for us. Highly recommend Anne. If our stubborn little guy can learn, I'm sure Anne can help any baby. I'm so grateful to Anne and highly recommend her for sleep coaching services. After 14 months, our toddler had only slept through the night a handful of times. We were beyond ready to finally get some sleep! Anne was compassionate, thorough, and responsive through the whole two week coaching experience. She provided us with a wealth of knowledge regarding sleep, helped us make necessary changes, and my son has now been sleeping through the night since beginning this program. We had tried other sleep training when our son was around 5 months old, but it didn't quite do the trick. Anne's program made the difference and we are so happy. read more

Where do I even start? Anne made a miracle happen. We reached out to her when we were at a point of desperation -- our 4 month old little one was waking up every 1-3 hours, co-sleeping, needing the boob to fall asleep, and not taking naps. I reached out to her because I was going back to work soon and he was planning on having a little operation done and would need to fast the night beforehand (which seemed impossible since he was waking up every hour). Anne took into account the operation and customized a plan for us. We had a billion questions and she took the time to answer all of them. She went above and beyond for us; supporting us as a professional and as a mother. The little guy had his operation and he was able to sleep through the night before without crying to be fed -- which was a miracle! We are now at a place where he is going down for naps without resisting, sleeping 6 hour stretches through the night, and overall just a completely different baby.. from a moody/fussy baby to one, happy little guy! We realized in retrospect that he wasn't sleeping enough before which was causing him to be fussy all of the time, now he is so happy/rested, doesn't need a pacifier or boob to sleep, and we are able to predict his schedule/moods. Also, we are getting sleep too and better parents to him! Thank you so much Anne -- we couldn't have done this without you! read more

Anne has the mind of a sleep trainer and the heart of a mommy. She is committed, knowledgeable, and a professional at what she does. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions before we started, and as we progressed through the process . Our sleep training journey was a bit more challenging than most, but Anne remained steadfast in her problem solving skills and support. She answered my emails in a timely manner, sometimes even in real time! I was very impressed and grateful for the individualized attention. Her caring comes through in her skill as well. Sleep training is not easy for anyone, and for some it's even more difficult, I'm glad I've had Anne to help me through it! read more

I type this review while my 9 month old sleeps soundly. Back track 4 weeks and it was a completely different situation. My daughter started the 4 month sleep regression after sleeping through the night previously. Each week it got worse until by month 6 she was waking every 40-50 min. My husband and I were sleeping in shifts and both exhausted for work. I was at my wits end. Even though I'm in so cal, I found Anne. In her 15 min free consult (that she graciously took 30 min for) I could tell she read my intake form and already had insights and ideas that made me feel I had found an expert and someone with extensive knowledge on sleep for babies. I asked a lot of questions. A lot. And she answered them either via email or with audio text messages. Sometimes, when I was in a pickle (baby vomited, but was a sleep, what should I do?), she answered quickly and gave me ideas of how best to handle it. The crying was very hard for me, but I'm a sensitive one. I cried a good amount the first 3 days. But by night 1, my daughter went from waking 10 or more times a night to 3. By night 3, she slept through the night and has ever since. Naps were harder for her to improve on, but she has improved dramatically. She still has more improvement to go. Anne is an expert. She will be there step by step, she will know what to say to reassure and guide you, and she leaves you with the steps you need to maintain success. Pick her, stick to her plan, and feel good knowing your baby will be rested in no time. read more

I love the telephone checkins as well as Anne's compassionate, empathetic and gentle approach to sleep training. My son was reliant on the dreaded baby shusher and someone to help him with sleep in addition to many lengthy night wake ups. We didn't start anything till he was about 17 months old (yes, a toddler!) This plan and schedule has been working so well for us and we are so grateful. Thank you for changing our lives for the better, Anne! read more

Life saver! My only regret is that we waited and struggled with hit or miss sleep for almost a year before we finally recruited Anne (from a friend's referral). Our baby's sleep was sometimes on, sometimes off, but OK enough that I didn't think it was worth getting a sleep consultant until we did an interstate move that was pretty disruptive and all of a sudden both his night sleeps and naps were all over the place and so so awful. It turned ME into an awful person because I was so cranky and upset all the time because my baby was cranky and upset from not sleeping! Literally within 24 hours of starting to work with Anne we began to see marked improvements in Miles' sleep, and within days we were on a regular schedule. Now that we've completed the program, Miles sleeps a solid 1-2 hours more per day than he did before working with Anne. I feel so guilty because I didn't realize how chronically underslept he must have been! No wonder the poor guy was always so cranky in the evenings. AND Anne helped us transition to a regular 9am and 2pm nap schedule, which is AMAZING for my life because now I have so much more regularity to my days. Before anytime I tried to make any type of appointment, I was always so stressed because I never knew where his naps would fall from day to day, but now they're very very consistent. And we used to struggle with such early wakings (usually between 5 to 6am and so much sobbing if we tried to leave him in the crib til 6) but now he wakes up happy usually between 6-6:30am and lays in his crib for 10-15 minute quietly and contentedly playing with his stuffed rabbit until he sits up and lets us know he's ready to be taken out. Mornings are so much better now! Thank you Anne! read more

Anne is amazing! Such good vibes from the first time we spoke. We used to have to co-sleep with my little guy and he had so many sleep associations - nursing to sleep, pacifier, rocking, patting, you name it! But even then, he would wake up every 2-3 hours so I didn't get any sleep whatsoever. We started at 5 months and on the first night of training, he slept 12 hours straight and didn't need to nurse! Dropped all sleep associations cold turkey! I thought maybe it was a unicorn night, but sure enough, it's been over 3 weeks and he's been sleeping 10-12 hours a night, no feeds! And he wakes up so happy! Sure, there was some crying involved, but it was very minimal for us. Also, it's not the traditional Cry It Out method which I could never bring myself to do! Anne was super responsive with my thousands of questions and would always help me troubleshoot when I needed some guidance on different scenarios that presented itself during training. I'm sure there will be some obstacles along the way, but the self settling skills my little guy is building is really helpful for the long run. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own because I had so many questions (and didn't want to turn to Dr. Google) so the 1:1 support was exactly what I needed. If you're having a tough time with your little one's sleep, Anne is the answer! Thank you, Anne, for giving us all the gift of sleep! read more

Working with Anne was one of the best decisions we made as early parents. I was skeptical of sleep coaching / training at first, not because I didn't think it would work (I did), but because I thought we could figure it out ourselves and I didn't want to pay someone else to do it. I was wrong! There was SO MUCH we didn't know about infant / baby sleep, wake windows, sleep pressure, independent skills, over-stimulation... even after reading lots of books. Anne was our unflappable, always-available, seemingly all-knowing sleep guide who coached BOTH us AND our son through the sleep-learning process. She taught us how to let our son learn how to fall asleep independently every... single... time... naps and bedtime! On day 1 of sleep coaching our son put himself to sleep for bedtime and naps the following day. We've never looked back. Anne was a friend and confidant throughout the entire process. She is smart, clear, experienced, professional, easy to talk to, good-humored, responsive, patient... the list goes on and on. She answered our countless questions with kindness and knowledge, and never tired of our endless inquiries and (sometimes) stress-filled phone calls. She was always by our side and supported us through the process without fail. Anne truly was a lifesaver... you owe it to yourself and to your child to give Anne a call. You won't regret it! read more

Honestly, Anne made sleep training my 4.5 month old boy a million times easier and less stressful. My partner and I knew we needed to sleep train our baby, but we could not agree on any aspect in the process. Then, the 4 month sleep regression hit him hard and we knew we were in a pretty tough place. Anne was very knowledgeable and from the first consultation she had us trusting her. She guided us through any hiccups in my baby's schedule, and was optimistic when I got discouraged. My baby now takes at least one long nap a day and sleeps almost through the night which is developmentally where he is exactly supposed to be. I am so glad we reached out to her! read more

Had an amazing time working with Anne. She understood our baby and his needs and coached us accordingly to sleep train him. It's been over a month since we completed the program and all of us are sleeping well now. Very friendly and understanding of our needs and work around our schedule read more
