This shop is a MUST if you're visiting Disneyland. If you can't find it anywhere at the parks and before you try in Downtown Disney, this is the place to go and try to find that specific piece of merch. I also like dipping in here to grab as much AC that I can and to sort of dodge the Main Street crowds when it's really bad. I also LOVE looking at the small displays and mini animatronics in the shop window display. You can do mobile order check out here with the app and it's the biggest shop that they have. They have the standard merchandise and the nicer, fancier items like jewelry and more high end brand collaborations with Disney. There's the slushie and candy/sweets counter at the other end near Jolly Holiday as well. It's a super long and expansive shop with several different areas. One section is hats, ears, and apparel, another one is toys and plushies, lots of small keychains, knick knacks, shoulder buddies, and they have the seasonal items here too, as well as the bonus items if you spend over a certain amount, you can get this item for $25 etc. Kinda deal. One of my personal favorites at Disneyland Park is The Emporium located on Main Street USA. The Emporium is a one stop shopping destination where you can find anything and everything that is themed to the Disney, both vintage and new. Each time I go to the park I will always make a stop at The Emporium to buy either items as gifts to take back home to friends and family or to treat myself to a little something special! I visited the store during a previous trip and was able to browse through the different sections, finding many fun and new items that I had never noticed before. I have always enjoyed visiting this store because they have a large number of products located throughout a number of rooms. This store has an easy to navigate layout which allows me to walk around and see everything they offer. Sometimes it does get super busy inside the store during the evening hours! Even when the store is busy, you can find something fun to look at no matter where you are. One of the things I like most about the Emporium is that whether you are looking for collectibles such as Mickey ears and pins or simply want to find something to remind you of your trip to the park, there is sure to be something in this store that will fit your needs! What's not to like about the original Emporium store inside Disneyland? It's a great place to see and buy iconic, vintage pieces. Most other stores carry the most current toys, but this place will take you back to the original of originals. Store has a lot to see. I would suggest taking a minute to see the decor in the children's section of store. It's pretty cool but every section of store has a little bit of vintage class to it if you have an eye for it. We stopped in and purchased the Disneyland Spirit Jersey for Kids that our eldest loved and some replacement Mickey Sterling Silver Studs for our 9 month old! She wore it under her Princess Aurora Dress backwards to show Aurora's castle lol! The long sleeves helped keep her warm, since her back was no longer exposed! The front has a glittery D with the year the park opened! The back says "The Most Magical Place on Earth" and has some sweet pastel colors and glitter throughout! I love these sparkling earrings on our baby, hopefully this time I won't loose a stud! I would definitely recommend visiting the largest collection of souvenirs shop on Main Street U.S.A! It's the first gift shop on the left side of Main Street as you enter Disneyland. It's a huge shop with cool awesome Disney merchandise that you can mostly find outside at Downtown Disney in the World of Disney store. Their displays have always been pretty cool. On our visit, the first Friday of the New Year, there were plenty of holiday merchandise available and most of them were marked down. They also have new merchandise for the Spring season as well as for Valentine's Day. We picked up some of the classic Disneyland shirts and sweatshirts along with the new Mickey Ears and denim Mickey and Friends baseball cap. The Emporium is connected to other stores in Main St. It has an Americana theme to match Main St but theres all types of Disney merchandise like clothing, hats and small items like keychains and pens. This store is huuuuuuge! It might be one of the biggest stores at Disneyland. They have so much! I love it: you can find everything Disney related here. Seriously, everything lol I came in looking for a birthday gift for my cousin's daughter and kept looking for baby yoda / grogu items. It took me awhile to find something that I thought she would like. Sadly, after walking the entire store, I didn't find many baby yoda things. I imagine I'd have to go to Star Wars land for that. But then! Right as I was about to give up... I found this huge section of plushies! They have big and small, and they vary in softness! The Emporium is the main gift shop for Disneyland. Practically everything you see in the park you can find here, where it is clothing, pins, toys,hats, you name it. Mobile check out is also available here to make your check out experience more enjoyable. They even sell Magic Band plus here. The big draw during our recent visit was the abundance of Halloween merchandise that just came out. Everything and anything were flying off the shelves! One nice thing about the Emporium is that it connects with other stores on the left side of Main St so that you don't have to go outside when doing your shopping. It does get crowded at the end of the day since people flock to it. If you missed any type of gift in the park, you more than likely will find it in the Emporium. It's a little crazy for me to be reviewing businesses within Disneyland BUT they are all separate operating structures within and I want to give credit where it's due. We were assisted by Vanesa on October 25th, 2023 and found both a Pride style Disneyland t-shirt, as well as, "Disneyland 100" hoodie in black. Prices seem steep, but for the merchandise offered as well as being one of the retail stores inside the park, I believe it's a fair pricing structure. Hours of business are also very flexible! While pushing my baby in a stroller and waiting in line, an employee by the name of Delila attempted to make small talk and thought it would be a good idea to ask me if I was the grandma. I am in my 30s. I gave birth to said baby less than a year ago. Just what every postpartum mom needs, a stranger to let them know they look old enough to be their young child's grandma. My overall experience with Disney was spectacular, especially since it was my children's first time visiting the parks. We spent a couple of days exploring, and on our last day, we went into the Emporium to pick out souvenirs. My daughter found a Chip and Dale shoulder pal she wanted, priced at $39.99. She used the last of her Christmas Disney budget to purchase it. After we checked out, her dad joined us and wanted to look at lanyards. While we were browsing, my daughter took the shoulder pal out of the bag to remove the tag but got sidetracked and set it down somewhere. Within 10 minutes of purchasing it--and without ever leaving the store--the item was gone. I took her to speak with a cast member, the same one who had helped us check out. The cast member sent someone to check the lost and found, which seemed unnecessary since we hadn't left the store and the tags were still on the item. Unsurprisingly, it wasn't there. A lead cast member was then called over. They also checked the lost and found before advising us to file a claim at City Hall. I repeatedly explained that the item was likely placed back on the shelf since we never left the store, but my concerns were dismissed. Despite showing my receipt--which clearly showed the item had been purchased just 10 minutes prior--nothing was resolved. Following their advice, we filed a claim at City Hall. Later that evening, as suggested, we returned to the Emporium to check the lost and found again. This time, we interacted with two different cast members. One of them retrieved a lead named Matthew, and I have to say--Matthew was fantastic. He listened, acknowledged the situation, and assured my daughter that he trusted us and understood what had happened. His approach showed genuine care and empathy, especially as my kids were watching the entire situation unfold. Matthew went above and beyond by speaking to his manager about the incident. Unfortunately, the manager declined to take action or override the situation. Matthew returned and explained that although he believed us, he couldn't resolve it because overrides required managerial approval. When I asked about checking the store cameras, he admitted he wasn't sure if cameras were in place. I made sure to thank Matthew for his effort and professionalism, as he was the only one who made my daughter feel heard and respected. However, I am here to formally complain about the behavior of the Emporium's manager and the earlier cast members who dismissed us. This ordeal began on Christmas Eve around 4 PM, and when we returned to follow up, it was around 11 PM. The manager's unwillingness to address us directly or speak to my daughter was deeply disrespectful and insulting. It's unacceptable to send a lead to deliver bad news to an emotional 12-year-old instead of coming forward to speak with us directly. This lack of accountability reflected poorly on their character and set a terrible example for my children, who had to witness how dismissive and uncaring people--even at the "Happiest Place on Earth"--can be. Oh, and don't worry--my husband went ahead and repurchased the item to surprise my daughter later at our hotel. While that softened the blow, the Emporium manager working the evening of Christmas Eve 2024 around 11 PM desperately needs coaching on how to handle customers. Listening and showing empathy go a long way, and this situation was handled poorly from start to finish. I am incredibly disappointed in how this was managed. This experience tarnished what was otherwise a magical trip, and I hope Disney takes this feedback seriously to ensure other families don't face similar treatment. read more

This is a wonderland of souvenirs from every aspect, theme, desired tchotcke of the entire Disney universe. For me, when I am at the park, I want to take time to do all of the rides, shows, eat the food, and leave the shopping until the way end of the night. This is located at the entrance and allows you to wait until the end to get want you want. But this place is not just great for the variety of items, it is a beautiful building with so much to look at, it is Disney eye candy. The displays in the front are Disney inspiration. Do not forget to take pictures and videos of all of the Disney dioramas from Frozen and princesses to animal scenes. Even the decor on the inside is nostalgic and inspirational. My daughter loved the woman in the hat shop above the cash register with the beautiful dapper clothing and birds. It is an experience in itself appreciating all of the attention to detail. read more

It's easily the biggest shop in the park and the location is great because you can hit it just as you're leaving to pick up some last minute souvenirs or treats. But my favorite part? I'm fairly certain I went through Main Street Emporium nearly a million times while at Disneyland. It's great for cutting out crowds congregating on Main Street while eyeing some fun finds to purchase. I ended up purchasing two dresses I just fell in love with after careful consideration. Spending money at Disney is painful - one dress was $60 and the other $50. Eek! I know. I have an Annual Pass so thankfully at the Emporium you do get a nice little discount of 10% off, woohoo. I also experienced that level of over the top, super friendly Disney service you've come to love and almost expect at the parks. The ladies I talked with and bought from were just so darn friendly! With plenty of great gift ideas, this store is a nice spot to pick up some last minute souvenirs for family and friends as you're leaving the park. The Emporium is full of apparel, toys, lanyards, pins, housewares, and other fun Disney items. The have all the cool seasonal items here too. I thought the Mickey Mouse plush (in the pumpkin) was so cute! I also like the vintage ambience of this store. The old chandeliers, lovely wooden beams, and beautiful antiques in the window displays makes this store especially fun. You feel like you're stepping back in time when you walk through the Emporium's doors. Pick up your Disney Princess outfit for half price before you arrive at the park. Have your souvenir Disney plush animal ready to go at the hotel the first morning. We found $2 Sofia the First tiaras (14.95 list price) at the outlet and our young princesses were completely happy and none the wiser. How does our story end?
