This was the worst experience I've ever had. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience before trusting this shop with their vehicle. After approx. 10 days and a $950 charge, including a $300 diagnostic charge. I was given the car back with the exact same problem I originally brought the car in for. The shop misdiagnosed the problem, replaced the wrong part, then said the replacement part was defective and replaced it again. When that still didn't fix the problem, I was told they didn't know what was wrong and that I should take the vehicle to a dealer. I later identified the problem with AI assistance, and my neighbor fixed it with an $80 part. I strongly recommend doing your homework and reading the LOWEST reviews before choosing this shop. Some customers may have had good experiences, but mine was extremely disappointing. I'm posting this so others can make an informed decision. According to AI a reputable shop will return your money. Didn't happen here.

I then took my car to another shop -- also very busy -- and they managed to fix the wiper in under a minute. If a busy shop can handle a simple fix without drama, it's hard to justify staying with Belmont. After two decades of loyalty, I'll no longer use Belmont. My partner won't either. I'll be warning friends and family: if you want dependable service and respectful treatment, go somewhere else.
