After numerous times I requested my brakes to be inspected, I recently found out days after I had taken it to R&W that my rear brake callipers had seized and was told by BMW dealer these had to have been seized for weeks. They also said my rear axles needed replacing only to find out nothing was wrong with them from BMW. The photo shows that they also did not report the missing rotor screws that holds it in place to the wheel hub. Sam appears to be a nice servicemen but with poor craftsmanship in my opinion. He's cheap but in the end you pay for what you get.

Cut…read more my exhaust pipe, exchanged out my distributor cap for a broken one added shit to my gas tank put the carburetter on without a seal killing a brand new rebuilt carb slammed the transmission so bent the rod had to have that rebuilt again as far as I'm he's the worst I've ever known in my life and then he turned around and said I never paid him even though I showed him all the receipt. I wouldn't trust them ever again with anything.

I came in at noon on a Monday to have a new new valve put on a popped tire of mine. I walked in to…read moresee two other customers, but an awesome chap came out of nowhere and instantly helped me. I showed him the issue with my tire, and he replied with "it'll be just one minute" and rolled it away. I sat in my car for a bit and watched this beauty SPRINT through the job, replacing the valve, scrubbing, sealing, and pumping up the tire. It didn't look easy, and boy did he hustle. So about three minutes go by and he rolls it back and describes what he did. I pull out my wallet and he said "don't worry about it" and even walked away before I could tip. It made my day. Won't be going anywhere else from now on!
