I was pleased with the move out of our home, and storage of items for 2 weeks, but delivery to our…read morenew brought some frustrations. Majesty movers was timely and the crew were hard workers but a few things were broken- first my Curio cabinet glass panel which I was told I could go to a glass store and get replaced (on my dime) Carlos- part owner (?) did promise to take care of our designer lights in which one of the globes broke. There are 2 lamps with 3 frosted globes each - one broke that Carlos said he'd get fixed, but he took all 6 globes so I can't use either lamp. They were expensive and no longer available so I'm screwed. Why did he take all of them?? I've tried to contact Alyson (owner?) a number of times and she said she'd have Carlos contact me, which he hasn't and now Alyson ignores my calls as well. What a shame - they could have gotten a great rating but I'd certainly not recommend to anyone now.
