The owner, also very knowledgable, was the one who came to measure the house timely, as agreed upon. Their pricing was also very competitive. So i ordered all the different carpeting and it came in as promised and was timely installed. And here is the reason why i did not give the highest rating, even though my experience at every level was very good with this shop...the owner's son installed all the carpeting; rooms and 3 level stairs. The installation is not as high qulaity as i expected and had experience with previously. I had to call them out to restrech the carpets since it buckled in one week. I also now notice on the stairs the carpets not finished well, where it looks cut into at the corners...looks very unprofessionally done. But they were responsive and came out to fix work. Upon my experience, my children ordered carpets from them and had no issues at all, all the carpets were installed correctly at their house.

The owners were courteous, polite ,and very Knowledgeable. Nader came to the house and accessed the damage and very concisely explained what needed to be done. He checked all stains and looked for mold and moth damage as well. He gave me a very reasonable price quote and told me I would have it back in 10 days. I told him I have a sick child and that smells and chemicals would be a problem. He explained that the washing is done by hand and with nothing harmful and no odor! He then took it to his store.I also needed new padding and he advised me on the best for my needs. When he returned it ( on time exactly), it looked better than when I purchased it. The stains were all gone and the pile gleamed and was fluffy , and it had no smell. The recommended padding was perfect. He arranged it beautifully in my room and even gave me time to decide if I wanted to change the placement. He was patient and courteous and very aware of the other pieces in the room so as to cause no damage. Everything about this company and its owners is First rate.
