One is 10'x14', the other is 2'x6'. The large one also has (had) some damage on a corner and the binding was coming apart in another spot. Our rugs were picked up, washed, repaired and delivered back to us. We can't tell there was ever any damage, and they look great. 20 years really takes a toll on a carpet, especially one that sits by the front door. The colors a bright once again, and no lump in the corner that our door would always catch on! Thank you very much for such excellent service! I bought a Judith Voss necklace (she is having a trunk show tomorrow) I unfortunately and busy getting chemo and couldn't make it. The incredibly generous owner offered me the trunk show deal early. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I wasn't pleasant in my decline. No excuses I just wasn't. I actually felt bad enough I came home and asked God to forgive me for being mean and rude. I wanted to apologize to her so I called and reached her, as expected she was gracious about my behavior and I still wanted another necklace for a gift to my 80+ cousin. Again she made the early offer. As it sometimes turns out they were out of the one I wanted for her. But the staff found me another piece and it might actually even be more pretty than my original choice. Again they are giving me the discount a day early. Let's be honest, I was unpleasant, I was a hassle making them search for a subuisite, gift wrap etc. each of the employees seems patient, kind and treat me as if I'm spending big $$$. I have stage IV cancer and the only big bucks thrown around here seem to go to doctors driving Mcclarins. This is a lengthy post because I feel it addresses some real issues we have in society now - I was needlessly rude, she and her employees did not respond in kind. They were patient and kind and determined to please me and there just isn't enough of that any more. Please try this shop out I can't imagine the great Christmas gifts I'll find here (if they allow me back in the store) My honest prayer is that for every lousy customer like me, they have 1000 that are kind and thoughtful like them. And I hope for every dollar I spend someone comes in and spends $10,000. I want to see her business thrive.

September 11, they text at 9:36 am they'll be there in 60 minutes. 10:25 am (11 minutes early), they leave a voicemail limited to "Hello". 10:31 am (5 minutes early), they leave a voicemail limited to "Hello, this is Ashley delivery support". 10:31 am (2 minutes after their written arrival time) the leave a threatening voicemail "Hello, this is Ashley Delivery Support. The driver's trying to be nice. If you're not home in a few ... within the 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule your delivery. Thank you." 10:35 am (1 minute before schedule arrival time) I reply to their text confirming I am here waiting. 10:37 am (1 minute after scheduled arrival time), they see me waiving (with eye contact) as they drive off. They were in the same block with an easy turn-around. 10:38 am they send me a text saying I failed to respond and will have to reschedule. The delivery was to an apartment in a tower. The concierge (over 18) was at the front desk the entire time, with a key to my apartment and instructions to let them in. I was in my apartment the entire time until I went down to investigate. My assistant was in my apartment the entire time in case they came. They could not be bothered to leave their air conditioned truck. They never found the freight elevator or tried the intercom on it. They never came inside to talk to the concierge. They never came to my apartment where two of us were waiting. They never left a useful messages by phone or text. Ashley lies to get the sale. Ashely lies to avoid delivery. Ashley points the finger at supply chain, store, delivery and customer to hide how bad they are. They are all bad ... stem to stern.
