The only reason I knew they were there is that I heard them on the roof. I acknowledged the techs but they left without further communication. Following up they indicated they would fabricate a new pan and once complete would return to finish onsite. Now is your chance to respond Batt's. Last communication from Batt's dated May 5th, 2026: Mr. Hammond, I wanted to provide you with a quick update regarding your upcoming chimney work. The project is still moving forward as planned; however, we do need to make a slight adjustment to ensure everything is installed properly and performs as intended. We found that the existing pan is undersized and does not fully seat down onto the chase. To correct this, we have taken new measurements and are currently having a properly sized pan fabricated. Once the new pan is ready, we will also paint the existing shroud surround on-site the day of installation so that it matches the new pan for a clean, uniform appearance. As soon as fabrication is complete, I will reach out to you to get your installation scheduled. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions in the meantime.
