I originally asked him to start sooner than his schedule and finish by a specific date so I could move in. He worked with me to make it happen and completed everything on time. The quality of the work is excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'd absolutely recommend him for any project around the house and will definitely use him again. We moved into the house a few years ago and our back patio gave us issues. It would rise and fall with weather shifts, causing our back door to be unusable at times. Jonathan explained what would cause the patio to raise and lower, designed a bigger patio, a French drain for the drainage issue, and a new planter to replace the old. The project took less than a week once they started, and we had rain during that time period that could have slowed them down. We love the new additions to our back yard
