The amount of shrimp is fairly decent. I came kind of an off hour at close to 3 PM, so the food probably wasn't the freshest, but it was still really tasty. The shrimp is a bit overcooked. Takeout boxes come with an egg roll, fork, napkins, and condiments. Service is always fantastic. The guy who was at this trailer is often at the Pandita Express #2 trailer.
