First time at this theater. Ended up going here because they have ICEE. A lot of theaters in the area don't have it so I was excited to be able to finally get one at this theater. It's on the smaller side of theaters and make sure you get there early to get you snacks because the line moved extra slow even though there were three cashiers open. Tickets are about $12 each and I mean movie tickets are expensive anyways but this is cheaper then where I usually go. The nachos come in a bag and you get two bags and some cheese. I would recommend getting extra cheese if you're a cheese lover. The popcorn if you get it fresh is really good. It's movie popcorn can't go wrong there. The seats were pretty comfortable they recline which is a plus and they have trays to put your food and drink in which is a total win. The bathroom could have used some cleaning. But overall a nice place to watch a movie especially if you need to get an ICEE.

Great seats. They're very comfortable recliners. You can order all kinds of food. Great price.

From the outside, it seemed like a fancy theater with the lighted sign. However, once on the inside, it was very basic and needed an upgrade of some sort. They have two concession stands. The first one is located to the left, when you first come into the theater, and the second one, is around the corner to the right, near the exit. There were video arcade games as well. The popcorn was pretty good. It had enough butter and salt so I didn't have to add any additional seasoning. I was impressed with the rooms. There was stadium seating and a wide screen projection. The leather seats were comfortable. I was confused by set up though. You can access the seats only from the left side. The Bistro wasn't open when I was there, but I'm definitely interested in knowing more about how it works and trying it out. I'm not sure if there is an IMAX screen or if there are any special features to the movie screens like I've seen in other theaters across the state.

I dropped them off at the theater around 9:57pm. Something told me to wait because of How some businesses treat African American Teenagers. The doors were locked. The young black teens working were running around inside like rats. Never bothering to open the door. But saying to them we're closed. So I get out tge car and go up to the window pecking louder. A guy walks out and said they were closed and that they would not allow him back in. If he went out. So thats how I got pass the first set of doors. Then one of megas black teen opened the door for me. I told them I purchased tickets online and if you are closed someone will have to reimburse me $39.75. Then manager I asked for a Mr. Clark told me I just got on them for locking the door early. I said why didn't you guys just check to see if they already had tickets. Instead of the Great Dispectful way they were treated. I told them listen. We don't ask for any special treatment. No parades or trumpets. But just treat me the way you would treat yourself in the same exact scenario. It is so sad when even I pecked on the window. The Manager ,a Mr. Clark and the older white man collecting the tickets. Turned there head and pretended not to see us. Wow , Paying customers. HELLO THEY PAID ONLINE! THEY ARENT BREAKING AND ENTERING. THEY PAID! NOW MY PRAYER" LORD THANK YOU. I remember when is was just one screen and the upper level was a balcony. It went through some bad years but the previous owners converted it to 3 screens and kept it going. It is now under new ownership. The staff is very friendly and the popcorn is fresh. They get an extra star for this alone. So many theaters, including one in Jackson, get their popcorn delivered in bags. Snacks are reasonably priced. The theaters themselves are okay. They are clean and the seats are comfortable. The sound proofing in the walls seems pretty good. I did not notice any sound from the other theaters bleeding through during any of my visits. They loose a star for the screens. They are very small but that is not why I am deducting. This is a small theater so I did not go in expecting a giant IMAX screen. I subtracted a star because the upstairs screen has several wrinkles and uneven spots. Movies are a visual medium and this type of flaw in the screen is very distracting. The downstairs screens are high up on the wall and I had to crane my neck and look up to see the movie. Also, the image on the screen had a faint sort of out of focus "ghosting" quality to it. That's when you see two images that don't quite come together into a single focused image. I don't know if that had to do with the odd viewing angle or not but it was distracting. The movies are current and varied. In the old days the movies were months old and many popular hit movies never made it to Milan at all. Finally, the Ritz gets an extra special compliment for putting up a big, can't miss it "No Cell Phones" sign. So many theaters want to ignore this issue, but mobile devices are the scourge of modern movie going. The Ritz owners should be thanked for making an effort.

You end up feeding the beginning animals and have nothing left for the ending animals. I wish there was a half way through point to buy more food because we would definitely buy more! Missed money opportunity there for sure. The camels took our buckets of food and the food got all over the rental car - had to take it to get vacuumed out which was fine, just beware. The animals were great and seemed really friendly - almost too friendly because the llamas/alpacas stood right in front of our car and wouldn't move for us to go around them. It was cute to see! My kids had a great time! It was a tad long, wish it was like 15 minutes shorter as we didn't end up doing the zoo at the end because we had to get on the road. You can tell they maintain everything because everything was very clean and taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

It was unexpected fun. They offer feed - we bought 4 buckets for $10. Get 4 - you'll be glad you did. Just be aware, the camels will take your bucket from you so be ready. They will put their head in the car and try to take the entire bucket. The lamas are fun and will walk with your car. The ostriches don't eat a lot but will stick their heads in the car and hit your bucket a little hard. Not mean. Just hold on to it firmly. There are A LOT of animals. The deer also enjoy eating from your bucket but are not as forceful. The walking zoo is okay. Get some carrots from the gift shop to feed the giraffe. That was pretty cool too Overall, totally unexpected fun. Go for it. It's worth it.
