IN ORDER TO GROOM CATS THE FOLLOWING MUST BE DONE: Cat grooming certification validates expertise in handling, bathing, trimming, and managing feline behavior, with key organizations like the National Cat Groomers Institute (NCGI) offering titles like Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG) through comprehensive online/in-person training, while International Professional Groomers (IPG) .... THEY'RE NOT REGISTERED! BUT THEY'RE ADVERTISING CATS SERVICES. I wasn't aware of this at the time, but You can easily search a groomer's name, or a salon's name to see if they are a "FULL SERVICING SALON." I'M GLAD MY NEW GROOMER IS KNOWLEDGABLE AND TOLD ME A FEW THINGS.... --THEY'RE NOT EVEN CAT CERTIFIED TO GROOM CATS!!! GROOMERS LEGALLY HAVE TO BE CERTIFIED FOR CERTAIN SERVICES FOR CATS. FURBUSTERS WERE NOT EVEN LISTED ON THEIR ORGANIZATION . IF THEY ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ANY OF MY REVIEWS I'M SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE.-- DISCLAIMER: This is a real, human-written review based on my personal experience. This is not automated, not AI-generated, and not spam. I am sharing this honestly because I believe pet owners deserve transparency. Review (if I could.... I would put 0) I brought my cat in for grooming and had a really disappointing experience. The handling felt rushed and rough, and I didn't feel like my pet was treated with the care and patience cats need. As a pet parent, that was extremely upsetting to witness. What made this worse was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of taking accountability or addressing concerns professionally, negative feedback appears to be reported or dismissed rather than acknowledged. That lack of accountability is concerning and discouraging for customers who are simply trying to speak up for their pets. I do want to acknowledge that not every staff member was the issue -- some were kind and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me uncomfortable, and I won't be returning. I'm sharing this so other pet owners can make an informed decision. Our pets can't speak for themselves, so gentle care, accountability, and compassion truly matter. This was my first time ever going to FurBusters, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a groomer. I only took my cat Tux in for a bath, nothing else. When I picked him up, they had completely shaved him down and even cut his whiskers. If you know anything about cats, whiskers aren't just for looks -- they help them balance and feel safe. Cutting them can really mess them up mentally and physically. If I did that at home, it would be called animal abuse. The fact that a professional grooming place did this like it was normal is just wrong. When I called about it, Layla brushed me off saying "he probably moved too much." They wouldn't even let me talk to or educate Bunny, the groomer who did it. No apology. No accountability. Just excuses. Tux came home scared, confused, and uncomfortable .... all from what was supposed to be a simple bath. That's not grooming, that's neglect. I really don't understand how they can do that to an animal and act like it's okay. If I were to do this to my own cat it would be considered animal abuse. This was my first visit and definitely my last. If you love your pets, please don't bring them here. They clearly don't care about the animals or the owners who trust them. This is the calmest and most worn out than I've ever seen her. We've been to the facility twice and each time everyone has been awesome. I've seen nothing but happy pups coming and going- my baby girl included. I'm absolutely satisfied and plan to bring my girl back at least twice a week moving forward. What I really love is the staff really seems to care and is so engaged. They host special events, celebrate birthdays and the first day report card I received was an awesome touch.

Robin and her staff were AMAZING to work with! The website makes it easy to add info about your pets so that nothing is a surprise. One of the employees comes to meet the pets and get a lay of the land. They took down so many notes from where things are located, treats the dogs can get, meal times, location of extra cleaning supply (if needed), emergency contacts, etc. Jeremy was assigned to us and man, did our dogs love him and the other staff member who helped. Every time they came, they took pictures, added a detailed list of what they did, time stamps, and an entry into the "Pet Journal." Even though we were away, we felt like we were not far. The cost is very reasonable and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to all of my friends!

My dog was happy & calm when I picked her up after spending 5 nights there - something I hadn't experienced at other boarding facilities. Next I decided to check out the Vet services and I continued to be very impressed. My dog needed surgery on one of her paws and the entire staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the detailed summaries I received post pre- and post- op from the doctor. I have never experienced that level of attention before. I wasn't unhappy with the Vet I was using but I will continue with My Pet's Vet because of the extra service/attention I received as well as the friendly, helpful staff.
