My wedding videographer completely fell short of professionalism, communication, and delivering on her contract. Her contract stated that videos would be delivered within 60 days, yet it took over 110 days to receive anything close to what was promised. She missed her own deadlines at least seven times, each time with a new excuse. Communication was poor throughout the process, and it became clear she was not being truthful about her progress or intentions. The wedding highlight video she eventually sent was late and had issues. The sound was off, and it contained random footage of a desert--not even from our wedding day. On top of that, despite advertising drone footage, she didn't use a drone at our wedding. Three months later, she showed up at our venue (without notifying us) to get drone footage, which obviously wasn't from our wedding day, and she added that into the highlight video after fixing the sound. While the highlight video turned out cute in the end, it wasn't authentic to our wedding day, which is incredibly disappointing. We also NEVER received our fully edited videos as promised. After months of excuses, being blocked, ignoring our demand letter, and given so many chances to solve this matter amicably, I am now having to take Carly to small claims court. I consider myself a very patient and understanding person, but this experience was beyond unprofessional. It was heartbreaking to trust someone with such an important day and be let down so completely. While I can give credit for the highlight video being nice in the end (besides not having the drone footage from our wedding), it doesn't excuse the lack of integrity and communication, missed deadlines, breach of contract, and missing our footage we paid for. If you're a bride considering Carly at CineDream Studios, please consider my testimonial. I would hate for anyone else to feel the way I did throughout this experience. They have a bunch of options you can choose from and their videographer (redhead, I think his name was James?) was delightful to work with and had worked expensively with our photographer (TJ Shull) beforehand, so it was easy! He basically told us to not even pay attention to him and he'd just do his thing, which made it a breeze. Definitely recommend going with SNM for your wedding or scent!

From the moment we initially met them, Skyler and Kelly Jo had a vision for capturing our special weekend. They took the time to hear what we had in mind and they far exceeded our expectations. We could tell just by talking to them that they were different from all other videographers. The level of professionalism that was put into the editing and the cinematography blew our minds. Skyler and his crew were meticulous with each shot but made everyone feel comfortable. The footage captured was organic and included so many candid moments of our friends and family interacting together. We had a multicultural wedding (Hindu/Buddhist) that took place over an entire weekend. One of the main reasons we went with Skypoint Productions was their knowledge and background in filming Indian weddings. They knew the significance of each event and filmed them perfectly. One of the highlights of the wedding was the same day edit that was shown during our reception. Skyler went above and beyond to film the bridal Mehndi and family religious events days prior to the wedding. Since it was a multicultural wedding there were multiple events, over multiple days, that needed to be filmed. They were able to film our Saturday night Sangeet and both the Hindu and Buddhist ceremonies the day after. Skyler and Kelly Jo used the footage from every event and created the most beautiful wedding video for our guests to view. It was great that everyone attending the reception was able to see every event leading up to the wedding, as well as both of our wedding ceremonies that took place on the same day. We have no idea how they were able to cut and edit all the footage in such a short time to create such a beautiful representation of our wedding weekend. Everyone in attendance for the reception raved about the quality and professional look of our same day edit.
