My husband and I hired Love Story Films for our wedding at El Chorro in March 2023. This was truly the best decision we could have possibly made. From start to finish, working with Love Story Films was sheer magic. Molly, Luke, Marcos, and Alicia were such a joy to film with. They made us feel so comfortable during the entire filming process. They were just like family! They captured all of our special and intimate moments that we will be able to relive with our family for generations to come. The film will truly be a forever cherished family heirloom. Although we have only received the teaser film thus far, if our final film is even just a fraction of how beautiful our teaser film turned out, we will be over the moon with happiness. They are truly the best of the best. Their talent, kindness, professionalism, and eye for beauty is truly unparalleled. Our teaser video and sneak peaks have FAR exceeded all of our wildest expectations. They perfectly captured the romantic and soft esthetic that we were hoping for. We cannot thank the Love Story Team enough! We are SO honored to have been able to work with Molly, Luke, Marcos, and Alicia, especially to now be able to call them friends. Thank you for making all of our dreams come true, Love Story Films!!! :) We love you!!

Their recommendation, and our decision to book turned out to be the best idea we had. Something New Media (specifically Mike, who shot our wedding) was incredible to work with. Mike made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera, had a great eye & vision, and knew exactly what to capture and when. The video turned out amazing, and we're so glad to have been able to capture our ceremony & evening on video. Thank you Something New Media!

We got the package that included the highlight, teaser, toast, and ceremony films, in addition to the raw footage (add-on). Loved watching it all afterwards. They have a bunch of options you can choose from and their videographer (redhead, I think his name was James?) was delightful to work with and had worked expensively with our photographer (TJ Shull) beforehand, so it was easy! He basically told us to not even pay attention to him and he'd just do his thing, which made it a breeze. Definitely recommend going with SNM for your wedding or scent!

I am not one to leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it's important to share my experience to…read moreprevent other brides from going through what I did. My wedding videographer completely fell short of professionalism, communication, and delivering on her contract. Her contract stated that videos would be delivered within 60 days, yet it took over 110 days to receive anything close to what was promised. She missed her own deadlines at least seven times, each time with a new excuse. Communication was poor throughout the process, and it became clear she was not being truthful about her progress or intentions. The wedding highlight video she eventually sent was late and had issues. The sound was off, and it contained random footage of a desert--not even from our wedding day. On top of that, despite advertising drone footage, she didn't use a drone at our wedding. Three months later, she showed up at our venue (without notifying us) to get drone footage, which obviously wasn't from our wedding day, and she added that into the highlight video after fixing the sound. While the highlight video turned out cute in the end, it wasn't authentic to our wedding day, which is incredibly disappointing. We also NEVER received our fully edited videos as promised. After months of excuses, being blocked, ignoring our demand letter, and given so many chances to solve this matter amicably, I am now having to take Carly to small claims court. I consider myself a very patient and understanding person, but this experience was beyond unprofessional. It was heartbreaking to trust someone with such an important day and be let down so completely. While I can give credit for the highlight video being nice in the end (besides not having the drone footage from our wedding), it doesn't excuse the lack of integrity and communication, missed deadlines, breach of contract, and missing our footage we paid for. If you're a bride considering Carly at CineDream Studios, please consider my testimonial. I would hate for anyone else to feel the way I did throughout this experience. I have all the receipts/messages if you would like to reach out to me.
