They set up on time and even let us get the bounce house a night before at no additional charge as they were many deliveries on our day. It made my son sooooo happy to get personal time before "sharing" the next day. We rented it for our 10 year wedding anniversary, while we renewed our vows in the backyard because of Covid, the kids played to their hearts desire. It was PERFECT!!!!!!!! The kids were happy and those fun giggles were everything!! The team...OMG!! I did get a phone call the day before the party and confirmed the time frame of drop off and set up would be between 12-12:30pm. I paid for a bounce house as well as paid for staff to stay throughout the party to watch the bounce house. The day of the party, no one showed up at the time they would so of course I had to reach out. It was 1pm and the person said his dad is in traffic but would be there soon. He didn't arrive until 2pm and by the time he finished setting up, it was 2:30pm. During the party, he didn't really watch the kids and even had to tell me he needed to leave early to pick up another bounce house that was an hour away. I had to ask the venue to allow him to leave the bounce house until the next day. Luckily, the venue agreed but that shouldn't have been my responsibility. So not only did he arrive late, he also left early. I reached out for a partial refund for the tardiness and early leave for what I paid for staff to stay. I did not get anything back. Such a disappointment. The only plus side was that the bounce house was clean and looked well maintained.
