Little brother tagged along and Terri set the three of us up as comfortable as if we were in her home. My whole family left with smiles and conversation about our time there. On top of that, and speaking of a Salon review, my daughter's hair color turned out amazing and she went to school the next day feeling like a rockstar. I won't be going anywhere else for cosmetic related things. If I could give seven stars I definitely would.

The environment, other stylists, and services just feel so welcoming, warm and elevated. Coming here is my self care and I can't recommend them enough. They have lots of stylists who seem to create great diversity in specialities, all just as lovely as the next. Senora specifically has been the breeziest hair stylist I've ever worked with. I am so grateful to have found her!!

I have been there several times and never canceled or been late because I value the time of whoever is cutting my hair. I am disappointed in the customer service and lack of understanding. Our nail tech Kaestra did awesome and she did all us three girls all herself and did it in pretty good time!! Most definitely coming back to her again! I'm supppperrrr picky on people who do my hair, doctors, dentists, etc! So when I leave so extremely satisfied, it's a great feeling. She uses nail forms, which I've always wanted done by someone but always went to places that did half assed jobs and were over priced for their work. $45 dollars for a full set of acrylics, ( and I I bite my nails so she worked with what she could... ) My friend that came with also had a pinky nail that was wayyyy short from it breaking, and she fixed it easy without extra charge! This picture is almost a week after i got them.

When I came in at 11am for the second time that day I waited another 15 minutes. When she was finally ready I was given a dismissive apology. My lip was burned due to the wax being too hot to boot. No offer of discount or further apology ensued! I love to support local businesses but felt an effort was not put in to please their customer. I have worked in customer service most of my life and believe this could have been an easy fix!

Just gorgeous work! Of course she's great with short hair too and men's cuts. What I love about Gena though is that she's so personable.
