I checked the website and it automatically went to MW Spa stating "As of September 1, 2013 Essentials Day Spa merged with Montana Woman Magazine! We still offer all the spa treatments you have loved in the past." Since it stated it merged I fully expected to be able to use my gift certificate here, I was wrong!! When I called MW Spa they refused to accept my certificate. The owner/manager; Cindy dismissively said "if we honored every gift certificate we'd be out of business." I believe that honoring your customers that spent their money IN ADVANCE, trusting they will receive your services is just good business!! Had they done so they would have kept a customer that would have referred their services, instead I will be sharing my dissatisfaction with everyone I can.
