My friend & I stopped by to check out their brunch menu & we sat outside. Our server was quite attentive & we placed our orders: I got the blue matcha drink (soooo good) & my friend got one of the cold pressed juices. They also have lattes, smoothies and much more beverages. For good I got the goat cheese croquettes & the grilled chicken tacos for my meal. My friend ordered the American breakfast with a side of banana pancakes (so fluffy and great with or without the syrup). They have a gelato menu that looked worthy of coming back for! Overall, it was a good experience. Street parking and parking garage available near by & worth stopping by for, they also have a separate dinner menu that looked tasty. I would come back again and order something totally different as they have many good options and a variety to choose from.

Lovely restaurant in a garden setting steps away from the Broward Center. With a varied menu (salads, sandwiches, pizza, etc) and reasonable prices this is a great go to after a matinee or before an evening performance. Brunch until 4. Indoor seating available as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our server Darya couldn't have been nicer.

Such a cute spot with a lovely atmosphere! The food was solid, and the whole experience was really enjoyable. A special shoutout to Santi, who took great care of us and was super attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a charming little place worth checking out!

Groupon brought me here! I purchased a deal for a charcuterie board and wine tasting, and overall, I had a nice experience. The spot is charming, with both indoor and outdoor/garden seating. If the weather is nice, I'd definitely recommend sitting outside. While here, I also tried the breakfast, which honestly wasn't anything to rave about. However, I really enjoyed the charcuterie board and wine tasting. They also host events like poetry nights and other small gatherings, which adds to the appeal. The customer service was kind and friendly. I'd come back and give the lunch or dinner menu a try to get a better feel for the food.

We visited this place for a friends birthday. Who knew this outside space existed behind this cute store front. The back of the restaurant has outdoor seating, coffee truck, sand box and most importantly - lots of fans! We were kindly greeted and sat directly in front of a fan. I ordered a meat pizza. My friends got the short rib entree. I liked my pizza. It came out quickly. Very big. I took half of it home. My friends didn't love the short rib entree. The server was so sweet and treated my friend to a birthday lemon cheesecake. So refreshing!!

I was so excited to try this place. It's been on my list of places to go for a while and I was so disappointed. The garden has potential if it was well kept. I was first sat at a table that had bird poop on the cushion and a little bit on the table. The other table they transferred me to was wobbly, the cushions were dirty (all the cushions on chairs I saw were gross..) The waitress took about 15 to 20 minutes to approach me and the only reason why she came is because flagged her down. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay and it was not good. As someone who had a Cooper's Hawk membership I could tell the difference in the wine. The food took so long. I told them box it up to go. Wine 2/10 - $11 Teriyaki chicken skewers $19 - decent Truffle fries $9 - best thing I had Parking lot across the street was twenty dollars there is street parking along the side you could use pay by phone app

Excellent experience as always. Anna was super nice and helpful -- best cortado ever btw -- I love just spending time by the patio and take it all in. Best place for a chill afternoon or a light night ni had the pizza with tomato and ricotta, would totally reorder.

We went to this super cute hidden gem and the service was phenomenal. We went around brunch time and were served quickly and nicely. As far as the appetizers, they weren't my favorite but the cheese pizza (not shown), shrimp tacos and chicken piccata was delish and everyone agreed! For desert, we all had different flavors & gelato .... but the Nutella churros is something I am still thinking about hours later!

First stop on a downtown Ft Lauderdale food tour, Emily's Garden is located near the Museum of Discovery and Science. The outdoor dining ambiance was superb, probably giving the term 'al fresco' the best representation I can remember. The two things served together were from the Italian side of the menu: a burrata, arugula salad and a really great arancini, served with a simple, but really good tomato sauce. Other things that added to the atmosphere were things like a converted Fiat that served gelato, and a vintage Piaggio Ape that houses an electric pizza oven. Our tour guide gave us more information about the history of the restaurant. The building is over 100 years old and had various business types reside in it. Previously to this restaurant two years ago, it used to be the Old Breakfast House, a beloved Fort Lauderdale institution. As for the name, our tour guide informed us that the owner's named the restaurant after the PREVIOUS owner's well loved dog, Emily. It was the last thing agreed that 'sealed the deal' for the transfer of ownership of the property, resulting in the Italian garden restaurant that we visited.

This is a super cute place with lots of outdoor seating. I went for happy hour on a Thursday. HH is 4-6PM. You can sit at tables and order HH menu. Service staff were very friendly. HH menu: Truffle Mac and cheese 100/10 Eggplant bites 10/10 Chicken taco 5/10 (dry and not much flavor) Truffle pizza bites (9/10) White wine (10/10) HUGE pour:) HH prices are $5 for each item. They have fans to cool you . There is a coffee truck, taco grill, pizza oven, and smoothie bar. Other menu items come from the kitchen. There is metered street parking.

What a lovely location! Not too far from my Airbnb and a perfect place to start or end your day. In the morning, I had coffee by on the run coffee bar with a flaky and buttery croissant.. I love sitting by the sunshine and enjoying the greenery and the flowers and all the decorations here under the trees. For happy hour I enjoyed their five dollar drinks and five dollar bites! I started with a mimosa and moved onto a Pinot Noir accompanied by eggplant corn bites and truffle pizza bites! I hear there is live music on Saturday and Sunday during brunch. I highly recommend this very casual and beautiful location for your Fort Lauderdale memories.

Food: 5 out of 5. The food was delicious. My wife ordered the burrata, the chips and guacamole, and I ordered the steak quesadilla. The burrata was extremely fresh and our daughter loved it. The guacamole was great, though we struggled to scoop it onto our chips. The steak quesadilla was phenomenal! Service: 5 out of 5. The service was great, our server was quick and helpful the entire time we were there! Vibes: 10 out of 5. My wife and I loved the seating and outdoor vibes here! The restaurant had plenty of seating as well as unique outdoor kitchens giving it a community/garden feel. The water/rock sifter in the back was a lot of fun for the kids as well as the small tricycles/mini vespas for our daughter!

They also have a couple options for bites - charcuteries, dips, flatbread. Not a huge food menu but just enough to share and balance the drinks. I visited on their trivia night for a date night, only a few participating tables and it was fun! The questions were difficult but we made it through and won a small prize for second place. Service was beyond friendly, and we chatted with one of the owners who was super welcoming. The small bites are well done and the limited heartier options are satisfying enough to make it a full evening out rather than just a stop for a quick drink. The wine list offers a strong range across regions and styles, though I'd love to see an extra Italian red or two added. The servers are friendly and clearly know their wine, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy. A relaxed and polished spot for unwinding with a great glass of wine.

The tasting was a great experience. Shout out to Rebecca. The bar area was full so we grabbed a table. It's a cute spot and has a bunch of plants on the ceiling. About a month ago I learned what Mead is and have been obsessed with trying it. Being able to ferment honey in to a wine like drink is fascinating to me. I knew we were coming down to the area for our anniversary trip. So I found this place in my search. Brewlihan and Rebecca did not disappoint. I started with the serum flight: raspberry lemonade, pear vanilla, black berry currant vanilla and strawberry watermelon. The first 2 were delicious. With my favorite being the pear vanilla. Then Rebecca started to bring me a few others to try. Nothing beat the pear vanilla. So we moved on to the full meads. So the difference is, the serums run about 5.8abv and the meads are about 12-15abv. I came home with 2 bottles of mead. The double pear vanilla and the catalyst. The double pear vanilla is self explanatory. However, the Catalyst is tangerine and pineapple age for 27 weeks in a Grand Marnier barrel. The taste is amazing. I would definitely comeback. We had a great time.

They owner was out bartender and he was a wealth of information. He was so helpful and friendly helping us make our choices. We tried 12 different flavors and even took a bottle home with us. Summer are sweeter than others, but all are wonderfully designed and brewed. I will definitely be back.

The staff is attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they genuinely care about the experience. What really sets this place apart is chef E.J. ; The dishes just keep coming, and every single one hits. The cornbread alone is worth the visit--hands down the best I've ever had. Sweet and savory, perfectly soft, and just melts in your mouth. It's the kind of dish you end up talking about long after you leave. I also tried one of the night specials, the jerk chicken pasta, and it was flawless. Perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and packed with flavor without being overwhelming. I wanted to support a black owned business and hear some jazz while in Florida, so I found this place. There were mostly couples there but the saxophonist, Ross was great. The drinks were strong and the food I ordered was good. The only downside was how long the food took, but I would come back if in Florida again.
