I am not very happy with a situation that occurred with this office today. My mother called and…read morespoke to a nurse asking if she could get an appointment (which she could not). She called a 2nd time advising the nurse that she was in pain and needed a re-fill on a prescription that she had been taking (a numbing agent prescription). She never received a call back. I stopped by my mother's home after I got done work and reassured her that either the doctor or nurse would call her back. Once I got home I tried calling the office and no one answered (was around 4:45 pm). I am disappointed to think that my mom has been in pain over the weekend and most of today and no-one took the time to call her back about this matter. : (
