All three come together beautifully with views of next year's crop, bottles full of previous year's crops, and food prepared and served with aplomb. Which seemed a little difficult to believe considering not many were drinking it, and it had only been maybe 45 minutes of the taphouse being opened. So it seems as though they brought a small remainder of an already opened keg. Again, no additional ciders brought as a backup option. Towards the end of the drink service/wedding, the bartenders made a comment to another vendor employee, "we need to hurry and get out of here because we over served these guests" and packed up and left. It seems like we paid for the most expensive package, thinking she would be in touch with our vendors, checking in with us, and just having an overall involvement, but she ended up being more of a day of coordinator who just happened to give a few recommendations. As people who are not in the industry, we don't know what to ask for so that's why we hired a planner. We had absolutely no issue paying, however, I don't know what we paid for exactly.
