Nusheen is a wonderful lash artist! I am going to recommend her to anyone I know looking to get…read morethem done! The first time I got lashes, it was at a little nail salon in South LA. For $15 they were pretty, but they were heavy and you could definitely tell they were fake. When I say heavy, I mean I was rocking the Quasimodo look 24/7. I wanted lashes for my trip to Costa Rica, I also don't spend a lot of money on luxuries like eyelashes. But I wanted to see if the more expensive ones were worth it. I was leaving for Costa Rica on Thursday night and Thursday day was the only time I had to get them done. I had bought a Groupon for another lash studio, but when I called to make an appointment, they didn't have anything open. So it's now Wednesday, and I had put out voicemails and texts to different places but it was not looking good. Finally, I got a call back from Nusheen, she left a voiemail saying she could see me on Thursday afternoon, which was perfect! I was at work, so I text her. She answered promptly, I told her my situation and she said she would honor her Groupon price for me! She was very kind and understanding and setting the appointment was a breeze! She told me what to do before I got there and that it would take about 2 hours. Boom. Done. The Appointment: Her studio is very easy to find, parking was easy (on a Thursday at noon). It's on a residential street, which I wasn't expecting, but it was cool. When I opened the door, it was a cozy set up with ambient music playing. She was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. After filling out the paperwork, I laid down on the table and she got to work. I've never had my lashes done like this before so I had no idea what I wanted. I told her I was a blank canvas, and to do whatever she thought would look good on me. She took her time and I could barely feel the ashes being put on. Between the music and her gentle work, I actually fell asleep a couple of times. She finally finished and oh my gosh, they were GORGEOUS! I couldn't even feel them and they looked sooo natural. You just couldn't talk to me I was looking too good! She gave me a paper on how to care for my lashes, gave me some quick advice and she even gave me a cute little pink lash brush! So from setting the appointment, to parking, to Nusheen's hospitality, to the experience itself: Nusheen is definitely Aces in my book! I am so in love with these lashes, she will definitely be my go-to Lash Artist from now on!

If i could give 0 stars i would. This lash tech dropped me as a client today because "my lashes…read moredon't t fit her styling". I've been getting my lashes done with her for about 6 months and have always liked my lashes. I always got a classic set with 12-16mm, when i first went with her she advised i had brittle damaged lashes and suggested castor oil. I removed my lashes 2 months later and left them off for about 3 weeks to do the castor oil treatment and when i went back she states my lashes were in much better condition and more full. I had a classic set done and was happy as usual. Fast forward to today, i decided to go shorter and asked for a HYBRID set (never a volume set as i dont like heavy dark lashes as my eyes are small) well i showed her pictures and asked for a light hybrid set using classics to lighten the set (she charged me for a hybrid set as she had to use hybrid fans as well). Set took almost 3 hours (not sure why she says i still have damaged lashes and still took 3 hours) and the set was nothing like what i expected or liked, they were shorter than my natural lashes and had no style to them at all, you can see my lashes sticking out longer than the extension which i feel she should have communicated that to me being as this is her area of expertise not mine however i needed to get out of there as i had to pick up my kids. Nonetheless i end up messaging her later to request a fix and also take my sister appt for the next day as she didn't want to get them done afterall but would lose her $20 deposit as well as get charged a $50 cancellation fee. Well, read the screenshot for yourself but she dropped me as a client for expressing my dissatisfaction and also cancelled my sister without communicating with HER first. Avoid this lash tech, extremely unprofessional.

I found out about Ren Lashes when I seen my cousin rocking some vibrant, yet natural looking lashes. The places I have gone to typically last about 2.5 weeks. When my cousin mentioned her lashes lasted 4 weeks I had to try it out. They honestly held up for about 4 weeks. I did have a bit of fall out here and there but overall the retention was great! With my lashes done, my make up routine in the a.m. is definitely easier and faster. All I need is a touch of blush and lipstick I'm on my way. I recommend Ren Lashes if you want better quality, and longer lasting lashes. Thank you to the beautiful Candace for making my lashes look fab!

Where do I start with my sweetie love Candace…read more... For starters I have never had lash extensions before due to the fact I am SUPER picky when it comes to anything cosmetic done to me. So when a co worker of mine who turned into a good friend of mine informed me that his beautiful sweet girlfriend does lash extensions I was convinced . I was even more convinced when he showed me her work on Instagram. So my birthday was coming up and I schedule my first appointment with her. Literally EVERYTHING from presentation of her set up, to the customer service she provided, all the way up to her work was OUTSTANDING! Even her and her family were just the sweetest. Playing with my smallest son keeping him entertained while I was being worked on. Offering us food since they had just barbecued. Literally made us feel so welcomed like being surrounded by family. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She made me feel very comfortable while working on me like if she was one of my girlfriends I've known for years. I explained to her exactly what look I wanted to achieve and my baby girl left me feeling SHOOK! Came out exactly how I wanted them. I didn't need any makeup at all while I had my extensions. That's how confident they made me feel. To top it all off the retention on these bad boys are impeccable . They lasted me almost an entire month before I needed another fill. And that's with following the Instructions Candace had gave me and taking very good care of them as well. After my first visit I wouldn't trust going anywhere else. That's how much she left an impression on me with her work. If I could give endless stars on yelp I would do it in a heart beat because 5 just isn't enough for this girl. True talent and a beautiful heart. I've told you before but I'll say it again. I'm so proud of you babe for following your dreams and doing big things. I love you lots and I will continue to send the referrals. And I vow as your loyal client to never cheat and go anywhere else.... only to you haha I speak volumes for this girl and her business and I HIGHLY recommend her ladies! Have you feeling like you "That Bitch" by the time your appointment is over
