This is such a long overdue review (sorry Jade!!) but only because I don't even think about my brows anymore and keep forgetting lol...but that's a good thing and it's all thanks to Jade! My brows were kinda sparse and uneven and Jade worked her magic and gave me everyday brows :') I love not having to worry about doing my brows in the morning and now go most days forgetting about them cuz I mean, I finally have good brows now! Jade was so, so kind and patient during the whole process, from the moment I met her during our initial appointment to addressing my concerns during our touch up appointment. Every time I felt nervous or unsure or had questions, she made sure to take her time, listen, and explain things thoroughly. She always took into account my thoughts and preferences and worked with me to find a good balance between what I wanted and what worked well with my natural face/brow shape. I've had a coworker come to ask me a question but completely got distracted by my brows LOL. She loved how natural they looked and complimented the brow artist (and of course I recommended Jade to her immediately!). Tattoo artist is Jade I paid $500 for natural nano brows based on a healed reference photo, not an ultra-light or temporary result. The brows looked fine on the day of the appointment, but within one week the pigment began disappearing completely. I was told the color would return as part of the healing process. It has now been almost three months since the appointment, and there is no visible tattoo left at all. The brows have fully faded to the point that another artist will need to perform a full eyebrow tattoo, not a touch-up. Because I will have to pay a new tattoo artist the full price all over again, I asked for a full refund. A partial refund of 30% ($150) was offered and sent instead. I'm very disappointed with the outcome and am sharing my experience for transparency, especially for clients expecting lasting results from permanent makeup. read more

Jade does the absolute best and most natural powder brows. I found her initially on Instagram- I live in Las Vegas but she used to come here occasionally to take clients. I had my first appointment with her back in June 2022. I was very happy with the results but due to being pregnant and then extended breastfeeding, I wasn't able to get my initial touch-up. However they still held up great for 3 years and were a major improvement from my eyebrows prior. Finally after 3 years I went to see her when I was in California, and was able to get a touch-up! They honestly look amazing. I love how natural they are so they are exactly what I want for no makeup days, and when I do wear makeup I just add a touch of eyebrow powder which takes 2 seconds since the shape is already there. Let's talk about the nightmare level difficulty of my natural brows lol. My natural brows had: Completely different shapes (not even close) Asymmetric thickness and density Hair growing in conflicting directions Missing tails on BOTH sides Sparse, uneven coverage throughout. This is basically the worst-case scenario for nano brows. Jade had to create an entire brow structure and work AROUND my chaotic natural hair. (Even having a blank slate with no brows at all would be easier than my natural brows LOL!) But she took on this challenge without hesitation and created gorgeous, natural-looking, symmetric nano brows with realistic tails. She's an expert. I paid $500 to do my nano eyebrows and I'm very disappointed of my result. She did one side darker than the other side and I did told her after she finished that on my right side is darker than the other side. And the hair strokes is so closed together that it doesn't look like nano brows. I told her about it. She told me that it would fade and when I came for my touch-up after 5 weeks,.
