We rescheduled two weeks out to give her hand time to heal. The day before that rescheduled appointment, I get a call from Stacey saying she needed to cancel b/c she had no heat and busted water pipes. She would not reshedule and suggested I make an appointment with another groomer. A groomer that cannot do a breed cut after saying they can is not a groomer but an unprofessional hack!!! A professional would make it a priority to complete a grooming that they started.

They really became quite disgusting. There was no need for a formal letter when I sent a formal email stating what they said about terminating services for me. One of the ugliest conduct with no empathy towards me, the one who was left with a loving pet and their guts hanging out. I'll never forget their utter lack of empathy as long as I live. I even previously included the copy of my email with the date and their F you letter a few days later. It's obvious they were covering their own skin and did not care about my pet. Otherwise, they would have paid to correct the issue.

We had a fun ride! They were able to accommodate a next day trail ride in off-season today. It was…read morejust my daughter and I, and we were greeted by a cute dog on arrival. We did a practice ride in the ring before setting out on the trail. Since my daughter is young, they graciously led the horse on the trail. Both horses were calm and no issues on the trail. Mine tried to eat grass at the beginning, but I had already been warned and knew what to do! The trail goes back through the woods and then around the fenced in portion of the farm back to the barn. It was about 30 minutes of riding with a couple minutes on either side for getting instructions and putting the horses away. Afterwards, we said hello to the cat and bunnies, and the goats. It was a mild day and beautiful skies so the perfect winter day for a ride! We will be back when we are in town again.

The kids enjoyed the ride…read moreand visiting the horses in their stalls. . .then, in an attempt to cool down the car before getting the kiddos loaded up, I locked the keys inside with the car running. One of the employees kindly called a friend who unlocked it for us and neither wanted any compensation. Of course, we insisted and we all left happy and grateful. So sweet!
