They refused to pay for the surgery to fix their mistakes and I was left with multiple bills from Pets ER. When I wrote to terminate my service they sent me a formal letter stating how because I don't trust their services any longer they have ceased to help me and gave a copy of my cats records. They really became quite disgusting. There was no need for a formal letter when I sent a formal email stating what they said about terminating services for me. One of the ugliest conduct with no empathy towards me, the one who was left with a loving pet and their guts hanging out. I'll never forget their utter lack of empathy as long as I live. I even previously included the copy of my email with the date and their F you letter a few days later. It's obvious they were covering their own skin and did not care about my pet. Otherwise, they would have paid to correct the issue.

Vinny has been brought in for issues all across the scale: a flea problem, ACL issues, anal gland problems, and regular vaccine schedules. Every time, the staff are all on the same page to try to get Vinny to his healthy state. The front desk staff always knock it out of the park-they answer phone calls very quickly, as well as emails. Attentive to emails and send info over to Vinny's home vet on the same day typically. Vet techs are so sweet! They always dote over Vinny and truly care about him. Vets are so thorough. Her eyes were puffy and bleeding from her scratching them, her legs and stomachs were extremely red and itchy. My wife called and was giving an immediate appointment. When we went in the staff were very friendly and caring. The veterinarian came in the room and was very friendly and knew right away that our Callie was suffering from the reaction. He gave her an injection that she had on the past and a cream for her eyes.. so happy and grateful for this office to take care of our Callie. I had already filled out their online new patient form and in the comments I stated that Dugan weighed 140 pound. When calling to make the appointment, I again stated that Dugan weighs 140 pounds. So today I take Dugan for his appointment, the girl looked at him and then tells me that they didn't know how big he was, their tub isn't big enough so I must take him elsewhere for bathing. Right. Then they took him back for ear cleaning and anal gland care. Meanwhile the receptionist had me pay for the services. Out comes the tech to tell me they could only do one gland and just barely got his ears cleaned, that next time he would have to be sedated. Me coming back to calm and control him on this first visit is against their policy, evidently, because she wouldn't even consider that. There was no offer to credit me for an incomplete visit. Although the staff were very pleasant, I am not comfortable dealing with this kind of incompetence. They didn't LISTEN when I told them about him. What if I had told them something important and they didn't pay attention? Therefore it seems I will be looking for a different veterinary.

At the appointment, Lizzie came in without any notes and repeated my dog Huxley's medical history, prior issues and what occurred on his last visit. I have been a pet owner for over 35 years and have never experienced a vet that familiarized themselves with medical history prior to seeing my pet. Lizzie and Dr Sawyer both took their time to make sure Huxley was comfortable with them prior to doing the exam and vaccinations. I am so relieved that we now have a knowledgeable and caring vet that we can trust.
