If I could give zero stars, I would. It started badly. I changed my mind on the original polish that I had asked for, and I am assuming that upset the nail tech who did my feet. She seemed irritable and started with rude gestures and talking about me in their language. Her work was sloppy & rushed. Then she attempted to wax my brows, and the rude behavior continued. She was upset because after she leaned my head back in the chair, she wanted to throw wax on my brows without brushing them or doing anything to them. When I asked about it, she asked me if I wanted them waxed or not. I said no and got out of the chair. I wasn't going to give another dime after that. My manicure was done by a different tech, a guy. He wasn't rude, but his customer service was off, and his work wasn't great either. He put my hands in clear water with no cuticle softener or anything else. He did not soak off my gel polish. He didn't clean under my nails until I asked. I can tell he didn't appreciate me asking. He buffed my nail bed so much, the UV light burned my nails when he put them in the dryer. I'm sure my nail bed is as thin as a piece of paper now. He did not clean the polish around my cuticles. The finished product did not look fresh at all....sloppy work. I said I wasn't going back in the past, but I am soooo serious now. I'm NEVER going there again. They only want our money. They DO NOT care about their customers. It's so sad how they treat us, and we spend so much money with them.

Awful awful service and they still took $126 in payment and threatened to call the police on a my college student

Emily nails was supposed to refund for an awful job done and stress when they initially didn't own up to it. I had to go through my bank for $126 which again Emily nails disputed. They only wanted to do the nails over but after reading other horrific reviews there is no way. My bank did not honor my claim. Please avoid this establishment at all costs. It's not fair at all.

This is acrylic with Gel Polish number 212

I love it here. I'm a regular. Tips - weekdays are less busy and during the day is less busy. Weekends can get packed. They also wax your eyebrows and they always do an amazing job with mine.

"Nails"

Mind you this is a fresh set... it hasn't even been an hr since I left it's sloppy and bulky and I asked for natural nude short square it was over priced too

What I asked for

I had heard good things from a few people in the area who said that they went to this nail salon to get their nails done and once I came in and they told me that the full set start at 45 I was anticipating for it to be a good set or at least a decent one. I showed him the picture of what I was looking for and unfortunately even though the colors werent an exact match, I wasn't too upset about that to make a complaint but what I was upset about is paying $70 for medium length and a crappy job. Leaving out the nail salon there was acrylic all over my hand and cuticle some of my nails are lifting one is broken already and I got these done on Saturday today is Tuesday never cheat on your nail tech this wasn't worth it just to have to pay someone else to fix it

Fungus beginning under my right toe nail
Angela M.

I have tried this nail salon several times for eyebrows and each time they made my brow thinner. Plus the shape of my brows were unevenly waxed. I tried a pedicure 1 time and I now have a severe fungus under both my big toes. They are literally green. I am now at my wits end and do not now how to handle this concern. Been to a couple of nail shops and they will not do my pedicure.

He cut my cuticles with the electric flier

The worst experience I've had at a nail salon in quite some time. From the 1.5 hour wait to be serviced, to the 2 hours it took to get a pedicure and full set; hands down the worst customer service in this area. The man that prepared my nails to soak, immediately took a nail clip To my pinky nail because I could protest. He assumed that my long nails where fake (tips). He apologized, but that could have very well be avoided had he asked me before reaching for his clippers. The pedicure was subpar. The tech that did my full set was obtuse yet arrogant. He did a decent job with the acrylic application but cut up my cuticles with the electrical drill. Ouch!!! Then they charged me because my nails were "long". My nails were not long enough for an extra fee (see photos) and they cut my finger and my nail. Just don't go here. There are better options in the area that appreciate their customers.

Dirty chairs

I've been here a few times and the best thing about Emily's is the location. Every time, it's been "something." Whether arguing with customers, loading ppl in the basins w/o a clear time for service, or the lack of cleanliness and customer service. Today was the last time for meeee. Took my visiting aunt there and she asked for a French pedicure, the lady tried to tell her to get one color. They also tried to sit us at some dirty chairs! When I asked that they be cleaned...there was clearly smack talked! I saw numerous women come in and be sat at chairs that hadn't been sanitized! In the 1.5hrs or so I was there...20 women came in. Probably making damn near $10k/day off us...do tf better‍

Nancy does beautiful work! I love my SNS…read more Ladies make sure that you make an appointment before hand. Nancy is always booked which means she's obviously the best. She's very nice and does great work. I love how she shaped my nails and she took her time, not once did I feel rushed. I will definitely back when it's time to get my nails redone. Very reasonably priced!

I would not recommend LV Nails on Camp Creek in Atlanta, Georgia based on my personal experience…read more After receiving nail services at this location, I developed a serious infection in my toenail that ultimately required medical treatment and surgical removal of the nail. I have medical documentation related to the infection and treatment. I attempted several times to resolve this matter directly with the business, including requesting to speak with the owner or management. In my experience, no owner or manager was available on-site, and I was not provided with clear ownership or management contact information. I also requested the business's liability insurance information regarding my injury and, as of this writing, that information has not been provided to me. I have additional concerns regarding sanitation and the equipment used during services. I am also reviewing publicly available Georgia state business records, which appear to raise questions regarding the company's current business registration/status. Because I have been unable to resolve the matter directly with the business, I am pursuing the appropriate formal and legal channels. I strongly encourage anyone receiving nail services anywhere to pay close attention to sanitation practices and make sure instruments being used are properly cleaned and sterilized.

I got so mad at them over the pandemic and said I'd never come back but roughly three years later…read morehere I sit. The guy that did my pedicure had on a mask and I'd say 95% off the staff does too. I don't . Lol guess the lady with the dog was right....by this point we all got the same thing. Read my previous post to get that part.

I have been coming to this place for a while. I never loved it but they do good work for the most…read morepart. I just went today and I have to say that I will not be returning any longer. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure and I'm walking out very disappointed. First I went in wanting to remove two acrylics on my big toes that I had been wanting to remove for a min. Instead the lady overlayed more gel on top instead of doing what I asked and didn't ask me if that was okay. Also, I was charged $15 for this and I didn't even ask for it and it was TWO toes. And when it came to the end I wanted to do regular polish and not gel I was told I had to do gel because of the acrylic that SHE gave me. Then, let's move to my nails. I came in with a picture of what I wanted for my nails that was extremely basic and the lady kept suggesting things that was nothing like what I wanTed. I also asked if I could have a certain design and she said "no, this or that would be better." So when we got towards the end I told her I didn't want any design just the polish and then she said she could do the original thing I asked for. I'm not sure if she just didn't feel like doing what I wanted but wanted the extra money or what but it was very frustrating. I am extremely upset walking out because I feel like I was up charged for things I didn't want or ask for and Im walking out not loving the results and this visit was supposed to be very basic and then out to be the same price I normally get when I get something more fancy. I am extremely clear, patient, and nice in these spaces because I know the language barrier can be tough but sometimes I feel that grace gets taken advantage of in this shop. However, it gets to a point where it's not just the language barrier and it's just really rude and Inconsiderate customer service.
