Communication was incredibly fragmented & lagged from the agent until starting the loan app, in which we were bombarded by Omnikey/Lennar to submit the app. Pro formas were all inflated/ inaccurate, requests for updated information was ignored entirely. I explicitly backed out of the loan process & OmniKey/Lennar proceeded to RUN TWO UNAUTHORIZED HARD CREDIT CHECKS & have since ignored all attempts to contact them. Very sketchy all around & Omnikey property management is horrendous, which is the biggest pain point for investors as it is. Horrible experience is an understatement.
